A shitload, been takin weight training for 3 cemesters I do them like everyday...could prolly do 75-100 before I run out of breath.

do as many sets of 30 as we can up to pre-match week in boxing, then its agility work. |
haven't tried it in a while but when I was in the ARMY I could do 50 in 2 minutes prolly about 25 or 30 of that was without stopping that's for "form" but for "speed" I could do like 60 in 1 minute |
