and by reps i mean 1 rep = both arms x1

but its good to do weights, but depending on what you want to do then do different types of weights....if you prefer appearance then work with heavier weights but if you want to build up less muscle but more stamina then do lighter weights with more repetitions.

but do it after your growth spurt....cos that shit'll stunt your growth.....

i did it from the age of 14.....i'm like 5'10" but i missed out on being a few extra inches taller.

A shitload, been takin weight training for 3 cemesters I do them like everyday...could prolly do 75-100 before I run out of breath.

No it doesnt...it rips your muscles and when they repair themselves they get bigger, how is that stunting growth? Its one of the biggest myths in weight training.

The reason peoples growth get stunted is because they're not having the correct nutrition along with their workout plan, you need to have both...if you workout like hell and eat the wrong shit then you'll have growth problems.

do as many sets of 30 as we can up to pre-match week in boxing, then its agility work.

haven't tried it in a while but when I was in the ARMY I could do 50 in 2 minutes
prolly about 25 or 30 of that was without stopping

that's for "form" but for "speed" I could do like 60 in 1 minute

Ima thick mutha fucka, but I can still do 50-60... We had to do that - how many in a minute stuff too in high school, and i always got around 55. But even if i take my time, I blow out after like 60-65... I bet I can out leg press ya'll mutha fuckas tho. lol. word.

Somewhere around 40, but I usually do 'em on the fists or fingertips. Haven't quite mastered the one-hander yet though.
