RV Mixtape 2 brainstorming.
 

Well, high time we actually got out the second mixtape out since "If You" was the ONLY track that made the last one, so I'm saying we should do the second one a little differently this time out. Fuck that free handout bullshit, fuck that free team spirit crap, I'm talking about a high quality product, with high quality packaging, and will actually MAKE YOU SOME ACTUAL MONEY!!! The cost for a complete mixtape with actually MARKETABLE tracks on it (I think phen, myself and N could sit and iron those out easily) would cost those that are on it about 50¢/CD + shipping depending on how you guys want to approach this, but cop them to you and you could move them easily for $5 a piece, for a $20-looking product. This isn't your CopyMax cover either, I'm talking a hard gloss paper REAL mixtape cover, REAL print on your CD and a REAL slim jewelcase. No paper sleeves, no fuckin..vinyl jackets, fuck that cheap shit. Here's your opportunity to get a presentable product that you'd be proud to hand out.

I'm aiming for about 19-22 tracks overall, selected soley on the marketability of the music, no personal kids in the sand box bullshit, I'm talking real money here and a real product. Of course, this is if our audio heads want to take it this route.

yo, I'd liek to do some track requests AND submissions actually, like tracks that are understood to be flat out great music that jsut happens to come from RV. Hmmmmmmmmm........ I can already see how this could go very very well...: ponders :

Sounds like it could work man, really. There's mad tracks already that I can think of where I'm like "wow, that really is a hot track that's actually marketable" and I know I'm not the only one. Depending on how far you guys want to take it, it could easly go into a double CD. Shitload of options man.

That "new stuff" is all about what gets submitted champ. If 20 new tracks get submitted, and about 3 of them are actually "good and marketable music", dosen't make sense putting on a slew of tracks about someone spitting about a scab they got in 5th grade.

Doing the CD using tracks that are already out, shit the finalized version of everything could be put down in about a week. But waiting for people to submit this and submit that and this guy who said he'd do this, and that guy who said he'd do that..all those are hold-ups so fuck "track submissions". If someone puts out some shit and it's good it'll go on, we're not gonna sift through submissions and think of ways to tell people that no one else feels their track as much as they do.

Another 2 weeks from today and we're dead in the heart of holiday season, which means DELAYS GALORE!! This shit realistically won't touch down till early to mid january realistically, though it could be done and finished in about 2-3 days if left unhindered.
