Now no religious people come in here badmouthing me, but this is why I seriously doubt shit from that religion.


1.If anything bad happens its the devil, but the reason god let it happen was its part of his plan. So the devil making something happen is part of his plan?

2. When you pray for shit, they say it might take a while, but god will help. Well DUH if you stick with it long enough its bound to happen.

3.The noahs ark story. He can fit every single animal on earth by two on a boat..

Some accounts in the Bible are what the Decipals seen, some are just made up stories to help guide you through life, not all is to be taken literally...ofcourse anything is possible in the hands of god but if you're talking about the laws of physics or space whatever you cant fit every single animal part in one boat, but with god you can, and nobody in this generation was there to tell you what did and what didnt happen...

so NOBODY knows until we die, simple as that...no point in arguing, nobody knows and nobody will ever know until we die

christians think they are correct and anyone else is wrong..then they say that god lets people do what they do (murder,hate,lie,steal,rape scam) because he gave us "freedom of choice" when in reality our choices are limited thru the system..

#4...Everything that has been mentioned in the bible happens NOW...We read stories about great floods in the bible and say "WOW, that COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED." Then, we see God work in Katrina and still say, "NAH, THAT WASN'T GOD." We read stories about people being miraculously healed of their diseases. Then, we hear them now and go, "THAT MUST be a hoax." Fact is, MAN is hardheaded and doesn't know what to believe. God is real. Jesus is real. PERIOD.

My grandpa saw angels coming for him before he died. That made me believe beyond anything else. I actually had proof after believing for years. Honestly, belief is just belief, period. Some people need proof because of being screwed over before. I trust in God, and honestly with all these party cities being trashed, I think it's time people realized that we are gonna pay for sins. People will tell you "You sound so stupid" or "How do you believe in an invisible God?" I just do. I believe there is a higher diety than man and he will reward us or destroy us, which either way you go, you'll see the truth eventually.

The argument about this is open ended,there is no right or wrong.
But all in all, we all can agree that religion is the causer of alot of agruments worldwide,it creates alot of tension and in the end isnt physically fixing it,but adding to the many issues the world is facing today.

The bible is there to give advice and be the basis for a large portion of the world's religion. Look, not everything in the bible is to be taken 100% literally, a lot of it employs metaphors and hidden meanings.

Like the creation story.. Those events actually happened, however the day reference is closer to 5-10 million years. Give or take. Noah's arc may not have been a boat. But the flood definatly did happen. It actually changed the set up of the world's continents.

See, everything has a scientific approach to discover the cause and effect of historical events. To truely understand religion, one must understand what the world was like back at the dawn of humanity and understand the events which took place in order for us to be here right now.

Humans were once animals. The tree of knowledge, expanded our intelligence and gave us the ability to understand right from wrong. This was not because we ate some fruit, this was because we evolved our species to the point where we came to a higher level of concience.

The study of how we came to be began back then. There has always been a sense of god because we live in a universe that is, in effect; god. Christianity is the study of this connection we have to the universe. However they, like many religions are not looking at anything literally anymore. They have a good message and they do their job to prevent the world from going downhill and forgetting about our connection to the universe compleatly. But this does not mean they are right 100% of the time. They are ofcourse, only human.

No religion these days is devine.
They simply have a job to uphold the knowledge of god.
However,
In the comming era, religion will change greatly. But thats to understand when it happens.
