I was lookin through the audio forum today and realized that, this week has been one of the most active week in that forum that I have seen in a long time. Q, Tito, Tony, Intermental, and others are dropping hot tracks after hot tracks, which is leading to faster elevation for all of us. This week i'm tryin to add my two cents as i'm expected to drop between 4 to 6 tracks by the end of the week starting tommorrow, so keep your eyes posted. To the audio heads, keep that shit up, cause that is the only key of making rv better than it is. SO, IN SHORT, LETS GET IN THE BOOTH, AND MAKE SOME MORE FUCKIN MUSIC!!!!!!! :shoot:

BUT....nothing REALLY good has been posted in a while...nothing i have downloaded in like...a long ass time....i realize i AM hard to please when it comes to music...but honestly...i havent downloaded an RV drop...in like...uhh..fuck i dont know...so no REAL good quality songs have been posted...

i think we need to start working on song making ability....instead of other things....start learning how to put together a good song as a whole

umm start....by catchy hooks.....it seems a huge majority of this site has a trouble with hooks.....and if a song doest have a good hook to it.....well....thats makes it not such a good song....a hook can completely make or break a song....

thats how i would say start out.....of course...theres more to it than that....


and oh yea....the last song i really really enjoyed from RV...was black magiks "Questions"...and "No Fun In Dying".........i just went back and looked....

worrd, and i think the reason for that is that when ur just thinking of a song in ur head, alot of times the first thing u think of is the hook, but when most of us sit down to write a song, we just automatically start writing verses, and then we're like "okay, im ready to record, oh shit.... i need a hook," so then u just throw somethin in there and it sucks.... at least thats what i usually end up doing

and for the people who are ignorant and dont know what im talking about by saying people need to work on their song making ability....

a good example...of a good rapper...with shitty song making ability.....Canibus...

case closed...u can be good....but that doesnt mean u make good songs...

yeah.....i've been told i make sick hooks tho ike :(

but you just need to get more creative with your lyrics....
