werrd, starts January 18th, which is probably old news but it was just on the news for some reason so i figured i would make a thread about it... and they said he is facing the death penalty and that got me to thinking, do u realize how huge that would be if he got executed? thats something hip-hop has never experienced before.....

now that being said, with the lawyer he can afford i'm sure he wont get the death penalty, but either way he's gonna be locked up for some heavy time for real...... that was a talented dude yo :(

Even if he does get the death penalty, he won't be executed for 20 years, so he could produce music from jail.

Because there are appeal processes and deathrow waiting list. There are so many people that have the death penalty, they actually have a line. So he could live for another 20 years before he even get close to his time.
