I straight up dont listen to new music anymore...

Now a days I only really ever listen to motown, old school hip hop, 80's music..

And certain artists from around the 90's....

Shit is just of a higher quality...

Who else listens to old school motown like stylistics, four tops, delfonics, aretha franklin.. etc... And what songs you into?

i feel where u comin from duke...not the motown shit im at a phase where ion listen to r&b n shit...but i listen to old school rap...illmatic old school wu tang...shit like that...ur right it is of a better quality..and original since all the new music is basically taken from that..

Oldies rule, you mentioned Aretha Franklin but also Marvin Gaye to name another, gotta respect and love it.

But the more old school type of tracks have a more genuine vibe to it for me. The newer, more mainstream songs are dope for partying and such but not to really listen to when you want to write some or just you know get into it. It's not because it is recent music that it cannot have the more old school vibe though, many amongst the so-called underground scene.

hmmm, not really...I wasn't born into the 80's and I really don't like that style of music. Now a days I prefer, 90's has good tunes to, but only sertain artists.
