We don't HAVE to do anything with this. On the show they find "tree mail," and all they do is guess what the challenge is going to be. Whether we decipher it or not, we're still going to have a challenge and shit. If it's like the show, deciphering the message is not the challenge.

I'm just guessing but I think the next challenge will have to do with topicals or something. Just reading the first two lines that doesn't sound like it'd be a text or audio battle. The second two lines are just saying everybody has things to do.
