So Im in Fruity Loops, and i have no fucking idea what im doing, can u give me a step byt step process making a simple beat

I did that exact same thing about a month ago, But thanks to Phenom, I actually have a decent idea of what I'm doing now.

For now, just fill in those blocks in the box on the left to make the part of the beat you're working on, adjust the tempo and length and shit up top.. then on the right you choose when you want that individual part of the beat to play by filling in the blocks over there.

After my troubles with FL, I came to the conclusion that Phenom is God. He fuckin got on his webcam for me on MSN so I could watch everything he was doing on his screen. And this took like 3 hours out of his evening. Awesome.
