I had press the little red R then I had press the record button and then it froze for like 5 seconds and this shit popped up

nah, that looks like a pretty normal error message to me... looks like you just fucked something up, just close out and open it back up again.

First, close it then open it back up. If that doesn't work, change the sample rate to 44100 khz I think (or whatevers close) and if you still get that message.........ask RM.

what u need to do is.

un-install cool edit, delete it completely, and download adobe audition.

its more stable, more updated, has better editing tools and doesnt crash and ive never once had an error message from it.

and even better, adobe audition 2.0 has just come out, 1.5 is a much smaller download but 2.0 apparently has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more going for it and is worth downloading the 800+ MB... thats what im told, not sure myself, im yet to find a fast enough download of it.

but is it free and can he get a crack code for it

At first I had just logged off and on for it to work.
But when I turned my computer off and turned it back on a few minutes ago it was workin fine

yeah tony, u can download adobe audition 1.5 from any torrent site and any p2p programme, adobe audition 2.0 is slowly becoming more and more available aswell.

I heard 2.0 is harder and more complicated

it depends on your knowledge on the programmes i guess.

ive worked with cubase, reason n shit like that, and they arent exactly the easiest programmes to use, but ive heard nothing but good things about audition 2.0, baring in mind that is coming from people that work in studio's for a living so for the average joe thats only done basic editing on basic programmes it might be more difficult *shrugs* not saying its the case as i dont kno the ppl who said to u its not good... but its a possibility.

nah, but most downloads you get come with cracks/codes/code generators so thats no biggy really and IF it doesnt come with one n thats a big if, you can find cracks easier than u find milk in the fridge lol but if u get it and struggle to get a code, let me know and ill PM you one.

fuck that... it costs way more to do that than to invest in some good equipment., especially in the long run... plus you teach yourself to work everything properly, its gonna allow you to make abit of money if you rent ur shit out and ur editing skills for a faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar cheaper price than any studio

good old peter must of gave me a good cool edit, mine didnt crash and i had it for 9months now im using adobe audition 1.5 and its tight as, once you know how to use cooledit it isnt that bad on adobe..

fuck dat. use pro tools.

Or, you could just know people who know people and get access to the studio. :cool: All local cats had to do was find out I rap and they all like "Yo, holla at me some time, we'll blow some trees and bring some bitches in the studio." And I gurantee I wouldn't be paying a penny... Southern hospitality :thumbup:

invest in some equipment, learn a little bit, and do it at home, aswell as rent it out aswell, that way u can work whenever you want, aswell as make some extra cash from it ;)
