How Much Can you Bench?
I got about 210 as reg. and i think 235 is my max. my arms are about dead right now tho for real

i can do 120 easily but max is 155-160 days verie

To Reign, if you work your arms out daily it makes you weaker. You need to switch up the muscles worked everyday. Like Mon, Wed, and Fri should be workout days, Tues and Thurs should be workout days. Mon do arms and shoulders Wed do legs and abs Fri do chest, triceps, and squats |

If you all want to tone your abs, this is the perfect exercise.
Get a 45 lb weight, and lie down on your back. Put your feet together and lift them at a angle that is almost 90 degrees, but not quite so it is somewhat hard to hold them up. That is working your abs alone, now hold up the 45 lb weight with your arms, and reach for your toes. This is called Reach for the Championship. |
