I got about 210 as reg. and i think 235 is my max. my arms are about dead right now tho for real

I am in weight lifting class beginning but there tryin to move me up cus beginnin kids lookin at me like :wtf: cus of the different lifts i do.

To Reign, if you work your arms out daily it makes you weaker. You need to switch up the muscles worked everyday. Like Mon, Wed, and Fri should be workout days, Tues and Thurs should be workout days.

Mon do arms and shoulders

Wed do legs and abs

Fri do chest, triceps, and squats

exactly most kids these days try too look like 50 cent and spend all there time on the bench press,i go too all the machines by fav. thing too do in there is the incline sit ups,3 sets of 50 :hump:

If you all want to tone your abs, this is the perfect exercise.

Get a 45 lb weight, and lie down on your back. Put your feet together and lift them at a angle that is almost 90 degrees, but not quite so it is somewhat hard to hold them up. That is working your abs alone, now hold up the 45 lb weight with your arms, and reach for your toes.

This is called Reach for the Championship.

That, or do it as many times as you can in 20 seconds, then 30 seconds, then a minute. I guaruntee you will hate me the next day.
