Ares = Better than Limewire for...
 

DL'n movies


yea...I used to try to find movies on Limewire but the source would never be reliable. After re-installing Ares--I had it once before--I was able to DL movies I'd been searching for, for a long time on Limewire. I have a crystal clear copy of Brokeback Mountain, Crash. Man, I even found my cartoon, "Thundercats."



Forget Limewire.

I've said Limewire was crap for the longest time. Fucked my computer up every time I got it. I had Ares on my old computer, but sometimes it would just piss me off.

Apparently, Kazaa has a ton of old school X-Men, which is the next show I'm looking to put on my computer. But Kazaa's got viruses out the ass, so I stick to SoulSeek (great for full albums) and the Azureus/Torrentspy combo for movies and tv.

fuck that jus usee torrents, the best torrent client is bitcomet, and jus search for the torrents on bittorrent.com, they dl fast as fuck, fastest ive ever dl a movie was 1 hour, fucka ares for movies, bitcomet nyaaagggaaa

Brokeback mountain was nearly 2 GB movie and DL'ed in 1 hour 20 minutes off Ares.

but how long after it came out was it up for download? i get movies off of torrents either b4 they come out or the day they come out

oh and i tried ABC, bitcomet is much faster :thumbup:, especially since it starts downloading right away

I dunno. I saw Brokeback mountain at the theaters. I wanted to have it since it was such a good movie.

I just typed in Scry Movie 4 in Ares and something popped up. I can't believe that's actually SM4. I may try it out though.

i used bearshare...but then when i got a new laptop it wouldnt work for some reason...so i went to ares....in my opinion it aint as fast as bearshare from what ive seen..and has more things on it when it comes to programs and stuff......but now i have both installed.

and i also have bitcomet and i would also recommend it....i mostly use torrents for games....and the others for my music and movies...

Ive used Limewire for awhile now but thats just for DLing music...It works pretty damn fast for me and people have told me it gives your computer viruses but i have been using it for about 3 or 4 years now and it hasnt done a damn thing to my computer(so far) but i dont have a DVD burner i dont DL movies so i havent really had a chance to try it out for movies yet but now that were talking about it i think ill go out and buy a DVD burner cuz now it soundz fun...word...1

I dunno about other ones, but my DVD burner takes a long time to burn a DVD. Plus, most of the DVDs u find can't hold an entire movie. YOu have to break it up into 2 movies or burn it in a lower quality setting.

yea same here, logest its taken is 14 hours jus 2 burn a DVD!!!, the dvds you need to hold big movies, is DVD-9, but the new morpheus is better than ares, limewire and all of them, and its easy to hack for the morpheus ultra that you have to pay for

yall need to get on that Kazaa...its beter ther limewire, bearshare and ares......Kazaa got a a shitload of spyware and adware...can't get no better then that

Torrents are easily the best. Apart frmo gettin single songs.

Then i use kazaa lite.

ares sucks it wont ever let me search and the downloads never download and well it sucks waste of time

Nah.. this other shit is better than Ares.. but I don't wanna say it.. too many herbs gonna hop on it. Plus I had like 195 songs.. some are mostly instrumentals and maybe like 13 movies n' shit.
