Is the LAPD finally admitting guilt in the Big murder investigation?

The city of Los Angeles has agreed to pay the family of BIG over 1 million dollars for negligence in his case. I hope Ms. Wallace doesn't back down after receiving this little bit of change.

Well, I don't know about that. Ms. Wallace isn't rich. But, this money represents retribution, even though nothing could replace the life of Biggie Smalls, or anyone for that matter. I hope she continues to pursue justice.

^ they always do that...they don't wanna take responsibility...I hope she keeps fighting too...justice can NOT be bought *smh*...there's probably hella evidence and crooked COPs involved in this shit that ties into all kinds of illegal activity that wouldn't be very "becoming" of the LAPD, and that's why they're trying to pay her off...but WTF is $1 million damn near a decade later?

L. Veracity 03-30-06 12:25 PM

werd @ that last line...

definetly, I agree that many officers are somehow involved in gangs...if they're not IN the gang, they may have loyalties to certain gangs and or are being paid by gangs, it's all organiZed crim no matter how you look at it, whether gangs are involved or not, somebody was paid to do something or paid to NOT do something and shit went to hell...they probably didn't bet on his mom fighting shit this hard and for this long, but like I said, I hope she keeps on...and $1 million after almost a decade without justice isn't a drop in the bucket

^^Obviously details in a book are arguable, or else it'd be the "smoking gun" Ms. Wallace needs to convict whomever killed biggie. There are many theories as to who killed Biggie, and arranged it. One thing is for sure, there is clearly a cover up.

^ and in court, that's all you need...is that seed of "doubt" to be planted

∆ P E X X 03-30-06 01:41 PM

getting sued for neglegence is far from admitting guilt.

And shame on her for taking the money. Your dead son's un-solved murder is worth a million for you to STFU and be happy?

Good for you.

Mentor 03-30-06 01:43 PM

lol there's actually "clues" that pac killed bigge...but lmao i refuse ta believe that

M Eazy 03-30-06 02:08 PM

Money is not going to bring her son back. I think they are doing that to shut African Americans up about it.

She's not giving up yet. The trial is being held again later this year because the first one ended in a mistrial. She believes she knows who killed biggie and under what circumstances. It'll be interesting to see if Suge is actually brought up on any charges because of this.

This case is gonna go nowhere. People investigating this already know the investigators thmeselves, the police precinct, the officers involved were all either corrupt, or their families were threatened so the investigator would not fully cooperate.

The only new revelation I expect to see out of this is if Ms Wallace gets hurt.

^^somebody hand this man his prize.

Damn, this sounds like Repairations to me. They're giving her a repairations check for her sons murder. No differnet than a repairations check for your ancesters murder.

Now THAT'S the true definiton of a Sell-out.

Bro...no comparison...God's word isn't being tried in a human court of law...Based on Ms. Wallace's goals, I would assume she wants to WIN this case. You can't win a case on circumstantial evidence in a court of law. My faith is my belief. What does faith have to do with a U.S. court of law? Nothing.

Hebrews ch. 6 says

"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

^^That pleases GOD. But, that won't win you a court case.

but really its more than circumstancial evidence

Of course I was referring to a court room...I don't know what else this case is leading to but convictions of some sort...That's her goal...I don't think she cares about the money.
