do crews really mean anything....n e more on RV?
 

I mean theres no crew leagues....plus nobody really reps......they just switch crews every 3 weeks......no crew battles.....no crew open mics.....i mean its gittin' kinda gay.....we should have like a crew olympics....with a whole bunch of events.....from the standard like text, topical, audio,.....and all that but have like......10 line text battle event.....and a 20 line text battle event....and an unlimted line text battle event(kinda like those freestyle events in the olympics)......then topicals the same way...30 line, 40 line, and unlimited events......and do audio the same too......except by minutes......and gfx as well....some how i dont really know how those battles werk though.......the established crews should automaticaly git in.....and there should be a qualifying round for the new crews........


there should be like new rules on crews as well like.....if you join a crew and you leave the crew you have to wait a month before joining a new one......or we should have like contracts......were you have to sign to a crew for a certain amount of time.....and you cant leave no matter what.......and we could draw up contracts on the agreements between the crew and the free agent......for (EXP) like you agree to sign for 2 months....and you have to stay with them for 2 months....and we can draw up void situations....like were if a free agent gits treated wrong he can git out of his contract....or if a crew doesnt agree with the actions of a member....they can drop him in certain situations dentrimental to the crew........have like a crew union made up of a bunch of reps from diffrent crews to judge whos right.....kinda like civil court........we could also have the crew union give a rating from 1 to 10 to all free agents......and have a sort of "salary cap".....by using the ratings...as points....and all rosters can only have a certain amount of points....and mabe the established crews can have a little more room under the "point cap"........because there established.....and the new crews can git the same amount when they become established.......


this would make crews more intresting.........and make crews more aware of who their signing.....and make free agents more aware of who their signing to.....so we dont have members switching around all over the place.....
i think it would make things alot more fun........and not so trivial

yeah it would then you would only compete in audio events......countrys do it all the time in the olympics..........or yall could just expand......and i'm sure peeps like u could do text if u wanted......but crews only have to compete in the event they want to......just like the olympics

and the crew system i was talkin about yall would have to adjust.....i mean seriously E do you really have any fun being in a crew weather its all audio or not.....r u doing anything you couldnt do if you were solo......i mean crews are no fun at all right now....and really we're all just here to have fun....ya know

for the text crews.... this is a somewhat good idea.... but for niggas like OYD.... who only do songs.... and compete occasionaly.....

im in an all audio crew idk they help motivate me if i have probl;ems or questions they are there to guide me ad we all talk frequently so some crews are cool but honestly most the crew on rv are gay now i think 2 crews on the whole site are cool

This would have been a good idea back in 04 when the crews actually ment shit and people was active and down to battle... i cant remember the last time i saw an actual crew battle on this site. i know that once my crew gets ready and everyone gets active i will be challenging most of the crews around now.

But yes this is a good idea if you could get it to work... shit i'd even help you run it

This is just another version of the Rap Olympics. And both of those tournaments failed after about two weeks. This would be the same, there are just a bunch of people chatting it up now on RV. Nobody is concerned with battling and half the people just say "yeah, I'll sign up for this" and then they never show. It is pointless to waste even more time and effort on something that will be done faster than a constipated man on the toilet.
