My Thoughts About The Site ...

I been here for a few days,observing. And if ya'll dont turn this into a 'beef' thread i'd like to express my thoughts on the site:

• Too many fakes

- Everyone cant be an 'online gangster'. Most people who's really in the hood and is really living a 'gangsta' life was forced into it and not because they wanted to. And i seriously dont know ya'lls life,but obviously some of ya'll are fakin. It's actually annoying.

• Battle Activity

- I started a battle,and it's been a few days and it's only been 3 votes. If people were as intersted in the 'Music' part of the forum as they are in the General Section,this site will have alot of more nice emcees, trust me.

• Open Mics

- I've viewed a few verses and the responses to them. Just like every other rap board,Every Verse Cant be Full Of 1000 letter Words!!. You dont have to try to look more intereligent then you are. Sometimes you gotta keep it simple,because if you're just doing it to fit in with the 'Textcess' it'll show,and you'll make yourself look stupid.

• Unnecessary Beef

- I've said this before ... But on rap boards the 'best' way to settle beef is to battle,simple. Why start threads and polls dissin' another member ? It defeats the whole purpose whole the forum.

Other than that,this site has some pretty koo members. Good mods, and 'some' competiton. So ya'll keep it up. I may be here for a while.

... I've been on sites where these arent issues. Just some suggestions Vinci, i know no site will be perfect.

The 'Music' section is where it all happens on this site. Net battling is for cats who just rap as a hobby, a lot of people on this site are actually slowly working towards getting a career in the rap industry (whether or not they actually have a chance is an individual thing).. But thats pretty much why the battling section doesent get much attention...



Open mics?
What a trivial concearn to have... And who in their right mind would want to try and 'fit in with the textees'... In my books, their actually not very cool people in the first place... Text is some shit that died a few years ago and now just has a bunch of losers who got real good at it and wanna keep the little fantasy alive..

Wow nos,you took 'My thoughts' too personal. How i feel about the site dosent have to match up with the way you feel.

But i respect some of you're comments. Apparently we just share have different opinions and views of this site.

The only thing i disagree about is this:


That dumb,lol! Nobody gets in check on the internet! I dont care how harsh you talk about them and how bad you try to make them look,all they have to do to end the beef is cut the computer off,no biggie!

You may feel like you're doing something when you have 'internet beef' with somebody but in reality im sure nobody really cares what you say about them over the internet,lmao!

The main problem with forums, and particularly this one, is that people don't know when to act serious and when to chill out. Serious threads get turned into shit by simple minded people. Then, joking threads get turned into beef by insecure people. On top of that, people try too hard to be "smart alecks" when it's uncalled for.

That = 90% of what's wrong with this site.

I guess join another site just seems like the 'cool' thing to say.

I'd like to meet everyone on this board in person and see just who'd have all that lip. I venture to say that 85% of the people who run their traps would be quiet like a church mouse.

I like text, because I don't have a mic. It's just an on and off kind of hobby that keeps me creative sometimes. I don't like text battling 'cause that's just fuckin' retarded.. unless it's topical, because it's fun to just let loose and chill sometimes with something creative. If I had a mic, or a studio, or anything for that matter, I'd get into making songs, but the closest thing I can do for now is write... Please stop slagging text. It hurts my feelings Nos.

Yup, I've done it to, thats why I learned from my ''Mistake'' and I'm sayin you need to stop cryin about the site.
