Are you ready for another terrorist attack?
Yea...a very real and relevant question.
Most experts admit that another attack is imminent, and likely. So, are you prepared, or how are you preparing for it? One thing that concerns me is the ability to communicate during red-alert situations. On 9/11, I remember having such a hard time getting through on the phone lines. If another attack occurs, I think it'd be so important to be able to communicate with not only EMS, but family members. I'm not trying to be a prophet of gloom and doom. But, mark my words, prepare yourselves for war. 1 |
All that means is America wants something else and they're going to do some more horrible shit to their country and blame it on somebody else.
|
im ready im in my bomb shelter right now.........lol joking but they probably will attack

speakin of bomb shelters...did you know that members of congress and the president have underground shelters that they and their families can go to in times of potential holocaust. Gee, I wonder where that's located. |
yeh Im ready, popcorn and all.
|
yea nuthin's endin in iraq and nuthin's gettin solved shit's just escalating....
iraq's soldiers is occupying this country and killing off our soldiers while they out ta make another terrost attack..most likely towards sumthin like the white house or the pentagon...or landmarks like the statue of liberty or even the empire state buliding...bush dont even give a fuck instead of settling shit he's just fuckin things up worse people find ways..ever hear of smoke grenades?? |
Quote:
attack on the white house is highly improbable They used to allow people to drive past the white house until someone did a drive by shooting on it. Now, they have Jersey Barriers preventing people from driving down that stretch of Pennsylvania Avenue. However, you can still stand at the fence of the white house. The military has F16s on ready at all times around the capitol now...You can't get a thousand yards over the White house before they either "escort" you out of that airspace, or COERCE you from it. :shoot: |

Bush doesn't control the Mullahs in Iran. And, he doesn't control the people car bombing in Iraq, London, Spain, and the rest of the world. 1 |
what i find funny is, how you state "get ready for another terriost attack" when they havent stopped, worldwide there hasnt been a day go by were a new terriost attack hasnt occured.
I cant wait till america get theres. *starts cooking popcorn* ;) |
Quote:
Everyone knows I live near Washington, D.C. So, it's implicit that I'm talking about on American soil. And, I'm also talking about on the scale of 9/11. 1 |
of course they have bomb shelters...man, you seriously need to find something else to talk about, didn't you make this same thread about two weeks ago?
. |
*cooks popcorn*
Its fact that the 9/11 events were the highest televised event since fuck knows when. god bless american entertainment:) |
Quote:
Didn't you pick a fight a week ago? Leaves thread now. You can have it. Quote:
Yea, that and the fact that about 3000 people died in about 2 hours. 1 |
Quote:
exactly, entertainment at its finest form, especially the fact that is was in america the so called "untoucable land". Not to mention earth needed's population thining, just ask your government (HIV) and what better place to start than twin towers were the occupants are from all over earth, therefore no descrimination against one race;) I support another attack. |
Quit being stupid, man. How can you support the death of 3,000 innocent civilians? All they were doing was going to work.
|
*puts game face on*
watches real tv on war photage. |
People like when america gets terrorized because we help people in wars and have pride and stuff.
|
Quote:
I dont like it. |
so how about all the innocent civilians americans have killed in iraq, because of nothing?
who cares about 3000 americans, yeah i said it, i could really care less. |
Quote:
well we know whos goin to hell. |
hell doesn't exist, religion is for the meager minded. people who have no free will, so fine i'm going to hell, but think about it, how does 9/11 really affect you? it doesn't on a major scale...i could care less, maybe thats bad, but i don't give two shits about those people, their faults as far as i'm concerned for supporting a fascist american faction.
|
Well, I hope people know we have a satellite in space that has a laser like gun that can shoot anything out of the sky. Also, with all of these new security measures, it is almost impossible to perform a terrorist attack.
If it does happen, then someone was slacking or it was an inside job. |
Quote:
It's their fault for traveling on a plane, or working in the world trade center and trying to support their families? It's the people's fault for caring about others and trying to help them escape the horrible fate of lying there suffocated by dust and debris being crushed by thousands of pounds of concrete? It's people like you dude that make the world the way it is. You only care about what effects you, and if something bad happens to you and no one cares I bet you will be mad at others. If we work together we could actually make something positive happen, but when everyone only worries about themselves and no one else, then someone has to suffer for them and it just goes in a never ending circle. |
Rev not everyone is like you. That statement is much too logical to be true.
|
Fucking idiot...how does 9/11 affect me? Well, let's see, it's one of the reasons that we're in a war, or at least the best coverup we have at the moment for invasion? How does war affect any nation?
|
People who don't care about 9/11's deaths are pathetic idiots who look out for themselves...what is happening in Iraq is irrelevant, because either way those people died and since they had no part in the murders of Iraq, it doesn't matter if others are dying --- these people still died. Trying to make excuses so that you can explain away the fact you only care about yourself.
|
haha hades, aren't you like 12? anywho...realize a situation, how does that war affect me? or people in calgary? well the oil price goes up, so i make more money, everyone i know makes more money, besides that it doesn't really...why don't you care about every single fucking kid that dies of starvation or disease around that world? hmmm, bitch, you don't know shit, those people had lives, i care for the people who didn't even get a chance. so yeah i could care less if another bomb hit nyc tonight.
|
thanks el rey! you girl is nasty, and your comment shows you iq...
good debating skills bud. who are you again? el rey? who the? |
anywho, it is what it is, i just put it into perspective, why care about those people and think about them, when no one thinks about the CHILDREN dying in ivory coast or in afganistan or... or....or...
just my opinion though dog. i ain't trying to be U2 and pretend to care whenever their albums drop... i sponsor 2 children in africa, and i'm in university/working full time, so i'm not just preaching... |
it doesn't, she's not nasty, i'm just quick to talk trash, especially when i have a huge accounting mid term tomorrow.
|
lol @ jpoll working at a gas station
|
haha, thanks but i'm an accountant for an oil firm, going for my graduate degree, and already making more cash then you ever will.
|
Okay...here's my challenge to anyone who claims to be ANTI-WAR.
Do you honestly believe that every disagreement can be settled amiably? Isn't war often a matter of differing ideals? Therefore... If someone breaks into your house, steals your belongings, then, tries to rape your wife, would you not try to stop them? If you say yes, isn't that a form of war, just on a smaller scale? The person who broke into your house believes he has the right to do it. You, on the other hand, assumably believe you have a right to defend your property and personal safety. Aren't those conflicting ideals? Do you honestly think diplomacy could work in that case? War is sometimes necessary. 1 |
good conversation starter q...
i'm not against all wars. and to your question about the guy breaking into my house, i'd grad a bat and teach him a lesson. their are always going to be wars, its human nature. q, if push came to shove, would you fight for your country? against iran/n.korea? |
