You probably will have a hard time recruiting anybody decent or well-known and respected on here because you are new to the site.

I never said you were... but most people will just see you as a newb to the site. The only way you could come from RB and make a crew on here is if you brought some RB heads with you, or if you came with a well respected reputation that people were well aware of. Otherwise you will fall under the "RV Newb" title.

If you can do that... then you may have a chance of establishing a decent crew. Although most of the decent heads are either with crews or like me don't give a fuck about a net crew and just let some dude put their name on a roster just to up their gangsta-ness.

Yeah, I don't do shit though. I have only posted like 3 times in the forum and probably never will again. Net crews are gay, they used to be cool.
