Pork has gotten a bad rap over the years. While it's true that some pork can be high in sodium and sat. fat, lean/white pork is low in fat and provides a good source of protein. I personally would rather eat white pork than red meat. Beef is generally hard on the digestive system and stays in your digestive track for a long, LONG time.

Anyway, here is a cut of lean pork compared to a popular piece of poultry.

^^Yes, pork has slightly higher levels of fat and calories. But, it also provides variety in diet and gives you lots of protein as well.
And, truth be told, whole milk has more fat per serving than bacon!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you want America to be a surrogate mother. These countries have to own up to their own actions. America is being philanthropic by providing food. I don't think it's our place to overstep bounds like that. We did it in Iraq and other countries like it because of threats to our national security. Well, that's what they say.

Pork makes you secret puss (white blood cells) in your intestines to digest the filthy meat. Pork gets a "bad wrap" because of the toxins it secrets when you digest it and all the parasite spores that a pigs flesh contains, which is why it takes longer to digest than ANYTHING ELSE YOU EVER EAT IN THE COURSE OF YOUR LIFE!!! You could eat a fuckin nickle, and you'll shit that nickle out before you shit a piece of pork out. Pigs in geneal feast on their own fecies with no problem and when they're not eating their own waste, they're eating "slop". P.S. some people have highly allergic reactions to pork, or should I say...the chemicals IN pork. My dad for example violently pukes if he consumes pork even when he's unaware of it. I also have an allergy to it that'll break me out in hives. And it's not the meat, it's the toxins.
