You can't take the stud out for about 3 weeks otherwise your hole gone close and then it'll just had been a waste of money.....and it really doesn't hurt until later on that night when you try to sleep on it thats when the soreness begins

yup i got both pierced too....i mean it swells up a little bit because there is a whole in your body lol...but they give you stuff to keep it clean so it doesnt get infected for the first couple of weeks....but after like 4 weeks you'll be straight..no worries

i'm glad you made this thread cuz i'm thinking of getting one today lol... but my question is, if you go ahead and buy the earring you want first, can that be the stud that you keep in there for the 3 weeks or am i gonna have to wear some wack lookin stud for like 3 weeks?

yo after you get it piecrced file the sharp ass point off the stud, just that fuckin thing will be pokin you in the neck till the day to take it out. They just think about whta it takes to get it into your ear, not how you're gonna live with it.

as long as it's surgical steel or gold. anything else will corrode from the blood in your ear and give you an infection, but yes.

pull the old one out, clean it, put the one you want in. done deal.


you just gotta keep spinning it so it doesn't fuse into your body.

and I have 2 holes in my left and one in my right, though I only rock 1 left now the other 2 are still open and usable.

i got both mine peireced at the same time. if you ever think you will get the other onhe peirced, peirce them both. cause you'll look like a flame with one stud in and another ring for the one you already had peirfced.

i dont recommend taking the stud out at ALL. unless your cleaning it. more than likely it will get infected cause yours hands are one of the most disgusting parts of your body,

it actually takes 6-8 weeks to heal for real. and if you change your earing to abigger one, it will hurt, becdause your lobe aint used to that much weight on them, and it will puss and shitl, so i suggest just stickin it out with the lil stud. at least people will think its real haha
