A powerful prophesy by Jesus and a sign of the times...
This is a powerful prophesy by Jesus and a sign of the end times.
Jesus said in the gospel of John chapter 16 verse 2: They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. ^^Now, the #2 leader of Al Qaeda, Ayman al-Zawahiri, recently said in a statement, "The war with Israel does not depend on cease-fires ... . It is a Jihad for the sake of God and will last until (our) religion prevails ..." **Jesus, as you know, was Jewish and ministered mainly to the Jewish people during his ministry on earth. His prophecies were mainly directed at the Jewish people. This current war with Lebanon is simply another sign of the times. God's word is true. ************************************************** ************** http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast...i.ap/index.html |
Lmfao, i'm gonna laugh when nothing happens thus proving the "prophecy" wrong.
Then what are you gonna say? |
Quote:
huh? The prophesy has already been fulfilled. Jesus said "People will kill you (the Jews) and claim to be doing God's will." The #2 leader of Al Qaueda said, "We are doing God's will." And, as you know, they have been killing Jews and other "infidels" since their formation. P.S. Make no mistake hombre. God's word is swift and sharp. It will not return to him void--i.e., without accomplishing what it was sent out to do. 1 |
Wow, you're rediculous. Lol, I won't bother.
|
Quote:
Ridiculous? The case was proven. Al Qaeda views this war as Jihad. The Israelis know that they are defending not only their right to live, but to practice their religion without persecution. Jesus said it 2000 years ago. It's been happening ever since. This latest war is another example of how biblical prophecies are true. If you don't believe the word of God, at least believe your own two eyes. And yea, don't bother because you know you have no foundation for an argument other than, "heheheh how can you believe something written 2000 years ago." ^^You figure it out. :nono: |
so you're takin this recent event as prophecy...
...ye so i suppose the genecide on the Jews carried out by the Nazi's didn't count but a few bombings in Israel and Q's jumping up screaming "Gods Coming!!!" |
every war in history was fought in the name of "god".
ironic, isn't it? |
Quote:
Actually I won't bother because I have a life/better things to do then argue with a homo on rapverse. Oh, and I can just let everyone else argue for me. |
mankind is so predictable
we would kill ourselves even if it wasnt prophesised jack jump on aim real quick |
I was reading about these prophecies and shit the other day.

10. God will judge the nations depending upon their treatment of the Jewish people.
Joel 1:1-2 In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land. based on that^^^ from the link you gave than regardless to whether the US is good or bad we support Israel like they are daddy so we should be alright in gods eyes from a prophesy standpoint huh? |
Quote:
Yes...Israel, and now Christians, are the apple of God's eye. So, whoever blesses the people of God is blessed by God. Whoever curses or fights against the people of God, will have to deal with God. ^^Simple as that. Yessir. |
^everybody believes they're the "people of god"
Q, you are a religious fanatic. |
Quote:
hmmm thats my problem i cannot believe that the US and Israel are the good in this world and everyone else bad the facts point to it being the exact opposite |
Quote:
^ How fucking ignorant is that??? so you're saying Muslims aren't the apple of Gods eye...even though they believe in God(s) same applies to Hindu's Sikhs Mormans Jehovahs Witnesses... and any other religion i've missed out oh Jedi but ye WORD TO EVERYONE YOU HAVE TO BE IN ISRAEL OR CHRISTIAN FOR GOD TO LOVE YOU... smh...this is why i have no main religion...i believe in God but i don't believe in the preaching of God...i jus live my life...fuck tellin people how to live theirs... here's another word to describe religion BLACKMAIL ^ it's like LOVE GOD OR GO TO HELL!...OH AND IT HAS TO BE THIS RELIGION...YE YE OTHER RELIGIONS BELIEVE IN GOD BUT THEY'RE ALL WRONG WE HAVE NO CONCRETE EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT OUR RELIGION IS INFACT THE CORRECT ONE BUT YE IT DOESN'T MATTER WE'RE RIGHT YOU'RE ALL WRONG!!! |
Quote:
Nah...You got it wrong...Israel isn't "good"...Israel is the nation of God... God is Israel's father...And, any father protects his own. And, if you supported someone whose father was protective, you'd be rewarded for helping them. Make no mistake. God is still watching over Israel. And, God is real. |
since we're talking about Israel
let me veer off topic a little bit read this link and tell me what you think http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/w...isteningto.html |
The word of jesus is very vauge
|
Quote:
There's nothing vague about Jesus, nor his message. What's vague is people's attempt to dilute it and live on their own terms. Aren't we all guilty! |
who would take religious advice from someone blacklisted in their own religion
|
Religious prophecy could be easily predicted from obvious outcomes. With plenty of religions being around there's bound to be plenty of conflicted beliefs. And with these extremly strong religious hold over the masses, there's always going to be people who believe their religion is right and others are wrong. And with this passion that exceeds this life and influences the oppinion of who they believe God is. Religious isolation is neccecery to keep their minds from straying. There's plenty of religions who hold the same principals of christianity, but have a different prophet. Basically it's like if another person said jesus's gospel than it would be wrong. Because if that wasn't true there wouldnt be a need for religious war. In addition to the religious isolation, the bible wrote warnings of a "false" prophet and preaches damnation for anyone who doesn't follow jesus. THIS forces others to feel the same way about theirs. Even the laws of our life, the laws of our government, the morality we hold as people roots back to religion. But the existance of religion is bitter sweet. BEcause we as human beings are extremly intellegent and powerful. If we held onto our indivisual beliefs, then there's always going to be constant war. But at the same time, classifying these beliefs as a religion and not as a philosophy for human serenity, causes all this POSSIBLY unneccecary bullshit.

Tero...this prophesy caught my attention:
6. In the last days, Jerusalem would be a burden to the entire world. Zech 12:2-3 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about... And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces. Turn on your TV and watch the news. What nation and what city would you most likely expect to see? Israel and Jerusalem! Today, Jerusalem is a burden that causes trembling for all the nations just as God foretold. What makes this prophecy even more remarkable is that when the prophet Zechariah spoke these words around 520BC, Jerusalem lay in ruins. But God said it would become the focus of the world's attention! Today, Israel has 0.01% of the worlds population, yet 33% of the United Nations resolutions have been passed concerning her! ^^So true. |
don't believe the hype...

j. summers is right though....the word of god is real vague...if it wasn't then there wouldn't be so many different denominations.... |
In my opinion the fact that the word is so vague creates the possibility of disbelief. Well that's obvious, but i mean if the "word" were to be explained in ultimate detail of the questions that might be asked, instead of striking fear into us by explaining how bad hell is, then we would be more willing to surrdender into the beliefs. Like I mean take someone who has the opportunity to steal a million dollars, and it would be easy. Without the religious or moral punishments, try to think of it as breaking the law. If he was SURe he would be caught he wouldn't do it in the 1st place. But since there's the doubt that the punishment would even occur he's more willing to do it. And also if he was sure of the reward of not doing it too. Since it's so unclear that weakens the hold it has on people.

i kinda like how you think...lol... i most certainly believe in God... but i am also curious as to why people do some of the things they do and how it ties in to both religion AND science... personally, i think they both work hand in hand... one can't deny that the force of nature is strong and powerful... and human nature in particular can be a dangerous thing with some people and a wonderfully amazing thing for others |
And the timeth will come, when they will cry war in the name of god.
......Yeah, like that was never gonna happen.. See, I dont wanna rub dirt on things that jesus said, because I respect the guy (if he even did exist)..... But this is one of those things that anybody could say and it would just happen by chance ........whatsay.........2000 years later? Wait though, how many Jihad's have raged on in the past 2000 years anyway.. Why is THIS time special man? Hell I could say something like...... And the great beast will fall from the heavens obliterating all that they once knew. Destruction and terror will reign and the world will change forever on that day. -----Am I talking about a meteor hitting the earth? A nuclear bomb? Something supernatural? Airstrikes? lmao I'd say theres a good chance that at some point in the next few centuries, something like this will happen... Or maybe not even for another 2000 years.. Who can say really? But at the end of the day, I've just made a prophecy based compleatly on probability.. Tell me q, what is the difference? |
Co-signs w/ Q....dont feel like explainning. But there has been many Jihads thought. But im pretty sure that somewhere in the bible it says thats Christanity and our beliefs will be attack over and over again which is pretty much happening now and that Gods people would be attacked over and over again.
|
people have been killing people for god for ages now, this is nothing new
|
I believe in the X-men more than religion.
|
It does say in the bible that when Isreal goes to war thats a sign that jesus is coming
|
so if you know you're at the beginning of WW3 what are you gonna change?
|
Dinner plans ... ?
|
I'd go on a road trip.........
