Umm..being a Jay fan I can make you look dumb as fuck. Cause obviously you know nothing about the situation. First off, Jay-Z is making another album, because his current deal with Def Jam records isn't complete. His contract stated that Jay was to make 9 albums under Def Jam. Jay has only made 8 UNDER Def Jam. Now, Jay-Z is President of Def Jam, but if anything was to ever happen to that title, he would still hafto owe an album.
Now, you people saying Jay wack. Chances are, your favorite rappers favorite rapper is Jay. And that's real. Hate it or Love it, jay is one of the most respected, and BEST rappers EVER! If, not THE! So, hate all you want...100000000mill...says Jay'Z laughing to the bank, and I'ma buy about 3 of his new albums. Yes, 3 of em. Because he is my favorite and has inspired me a whole lot!.

Now, Jay does have a new track out. And the album will be called Kingdom Come, scheduled to drop Nov. 27th.
