What are YOUR strong and weak points in terms of rapping?

My flow is OMGZ but my presence is meh.

I think that my biggest weakness is my inability to insert breathing spots in my lyrics. I'll write about 6 or 8 bars before I realize how hard I've made it on myself. I think my strengths are my presence and flow :thumbup:

Mos Def delivery and flow are my strong points

weak points.. not being able to write to every topic. i need to become more versatile

My best point is my poetic writing style, my weakest point is everything else.

Toughest shit for me is making what my mind comes up with.I got vivid imaginations for tracks but get lazy on execution.

Strengths flow & delivery, vocals too i feel are pretty good now

weaknesses...pronounciation...and also when im writing im always getting writers block i can have a decent thing come to mind but putting it onto notepad...ugh...on occasion it can take forever for me

strength: versatility in flow/lyrics/writing style and freestyling.....
weakness: i cant always make things sound like i want them too....and im not too good at the whole production part

weak points:I finish up verses to weak which somtimes throw things off,better lyrics

aite my strong points: flow, rhyme schemes, hooks,my presence has improved quite a bit over the course of making my first CD

weak points: battling/freestyling, breath control's getting there but it could still be better IMO

i been workin on my shit well i think i can flow pretty good sometimes and sometimes it's off on diff kinda beats. my pressence lacks most times but im workin it in now very well. my lyrics are def a strong point and my hook ability is good. breath control i'd say im decent but it's improved quite a bit lately.

my strength is prolly my flow and delivery/presence on a track.... weakness is prolly gonna be breath controll..... and lack of time at times for recording projects....

strengths: multis, flow, relevance, content, creativity, 'thesaurusism', and wide demographic appeal. the only cats outside my market are the thin extremes of all the rap genres and i'm okay with that. that core 65-85% chunk in the center i'm all over it

weaknesses: mmmm a month ago i might have said melody, i wasn't as melodic as i would have liked to been and i couldn't put my finger on it, but i've discovered it and made it click in my mind and integrated it, so now im nt surei have a weakness. just go further with the things i do well

Text wise i think im a decent text head, you know, im pretty well rounded, but when it comes to audio i have no good points since ive never actually tried it, my weak point would my not having the courage to try it cuz it'll probably sound wack, and the fact that i can only try recording when no ones home because im embarrased that it will be the most horrid thing ever heard, maybe im wrong, but maybe i am right and am doing everyone a favor by not trying! either way lol ill eventually do it

who the fuck cares what anybody thinks about your rapping? You will never know if youd be decent unless you did it

^-Yeah thats true, im going to give it a shot, worst comes to worst ill just stick to text but i would like the venture out because text does get boring

wow @ how crippled by fear you are. man all text heads sound wack when they first start rapping. low energy, ass flow, and weak breath control is the usual diagnosis. what's important is what you do about it after it happens.
