Yeah, you can get a person who does 3d modelling and get them to model something for you and take a few rendered pics, then get a graphics head to photoshop it up for you.

No you would need a 3d modelling program, 3d max pro or something.

you need to find someone that uses it. and they aint gonna do it for free haha
