Dude, you might be better off bench pressing man. Man boobs ain't no joke....lol. You gotta change all that fat into muscle which probably ain't gonna work with just regular old push ups. But if you're so stuck on doing push ups, you should do sets just like you would with any other type of work out. And you can do close hand, wide arm, and regular push ups. Try to do it often as well, like every other day.

If you want to see your improvement, test yourself. Take a stop watch and time how many you can do in 2 minutes. The average standard for the army is about 40 for males at a minimum. Of course it all depends on your age group. To get 100% on the army physical fitness test in my age group I have to do 75......which I do :thumbup:

Do sets of 10,8,6,4,2, of bench press and try to do to 200 push ups. Also do shoulder press that helps and to get the under moobs you should try decline bench.

Man... I'll tell you a goal to aim for.

Look up "planche." To be able to hold a planche correctly for 5 seconds, make that your goal.

Chances are that by the time you can hold it for even two seconds properly, your man boobs will be well on their way to destruction.

I think you might be dealing with something different though. I'm pretty sure it's very difficult to get rid of "puffy nipples." I knew a guy that got surgery for that.

yeah man. this is wut u should do...

do 3 sets of 50 with a 30 second break inbetween each set. and what really helps with moobs..or big nipples or w/e ur looking to do...is eat really healthy..a lot of greens salad shit and grilled chicken. also ...try sprinting for 30 seconds at a time...running as fast as u possibly can...that helps a lot too

YOOO shit I forgot about that. YES!

bench press, incline, and decline. All would REALLY help with the chest shit yo. I do that shit every time I work out. Shit helps a lot. you can feel that burn. Then push-ups and do that shit like 3 times a week hour each time or w/e.

but i don't think it's good to do it on consecutive days. Cuz your muscles need time to reheal, otherwise next time you work out you'll just be burning away muscle.

but yea, incline and decline are ill and then bench press. wordd

word i used to think fuck 3 days a week, I wanna do 5, but that'll fuck you up. So I just do like monday, wed, fri upper body and legs, then tuesday, wed, thursday all abs and stomach. I do running on monday and fri too. Try to work out most I can. YEA
