im from MASS..and bostons my team....we beat the lakers 2 times out of 2 times this season..though they didnt have PAU Gasol...i feel kg defensive player of the year will take out the so called threat. boston just needs KG to get on the block and take shots and stop being so passive...ray allen needs to create his space and continue to get open and keep hitting his shots....and paul pierce needs to get GOOD shots and stop forcing so many bad shots.....

but if odom and fisher keep stepping up they way they have been..i see celtics taking it in 7...but if those 2 dont help kobe ..celts can easily take it in 5

I'd like to see the Lakers win just cause of how they started the season with booing Kobe and no one wanting to trade for him. Now he's in the finals and has the MVP crown. What a big "fuck you" to the rest of the teams in the NBA that passed on him that would be.

But I'd also like to see the Celtics win cause of how they got passed up for the #1 pick and thought they would have another crappy season, then went out and picked up the 2 biggest people they've had in ages. They got a real good story too.....

lol but nah, on the real the key is going to be if the Lakers can keep getting this unstoppable 2nd half energy that they finished San Antonio off with all 4 games... if Boston can find a way to control that, then they'll have a shot... but you really can't underestimate the dominance that LA is playing with right now.

it just kinda defeats the purpose of being a fan. like, if you're at a Kings vs. Lakers game for example, at LA, and you see somebody wearing a Kings jersey what are you gonna yell? "GO BACK TO SACRAMENTO!!!!"... not "GO BACK TO BOSTON!!!!!" lol, like you're supposed to root for and support your hometown team, thats having spirit in whatever sport you watch and supporting your team. most kids grow out of the whole picking random teams in every sport and rooting for them thing when they're like 12.

thats not what i'm saying at all. we don't have a baseball team in NC so i'm an Orioles and Nattys fan b/c those are the 2 nearest teams and who i was raised to like b/c my pops is from Northern VA.

BUT, i don't hate on the Hurricanes, Panthers, or Bobcats collectively. people like their hometown teams, if that isn't how it is then how the hell would any sporting event sell out? lol, spul i'm not trying to play any kind of "God," thats how its already established, it only makes sense.

im a boston fan..and i have been all my life....i mean..i know one minute they hate em one minute they love em...but i've never lost my love for the celtics...i just hated the way the organization was handiling business...i went to more games last year than i have this year...haha as a matter of fact i havent been to one

ive been watching the celts thru thick and thin from pitino to pervis ellison to jerome moiso to marcus banks and so on im just down for my team and now they have rewarded me
