It has officially begun...

More like, the worst time ever, to be alive.
You had just better hope Obama doesn't fuck up as president. He'd set a bad example for you Blackies. rofl Edit: And Mccain wouldn't surprise a single soul on the planet.. |
The people are the power to make change...
...so make way. |
Go Canada.
But from an outside perspective, this guy seems decent honestly. |
I really don't think Obama's getting my vote for the simple fact I can't help but believing he's gonna win the election and go "Now what?" He doesn't have a good track record in my opinion and every time someone points out a flaw or mistake of his he has some bullshit ass excuse. How about owning up to your downfalls like a man and stop trying to be Mr. Popularity.
What I feel we need in our country right now is a man's man. Someone who will do what they think is right and suffer the consequences or reap the rewards, but offer no excuses, just apologies if he's wrong. I'm saddened to say that Hilary Clinton was more of a "man's man" than Obama is. When she got caught in a lie about being under sniper fire or whatever all she said was, "You know what, I must have been mistaken. I'm sorry for misinforming you and I hope this doesn't affect you feelings about me." Once again, I feel McCain is the best choice right now until Obama proves me wrong. He just seems to take the common sense approach to situations and issues instead of the popular idea. Take for instance this new GI Bill. The democrats in congress already passed a bill to increase the GI Bill to cover 100% of your highest in state public university for 4 years. They are saying that the Soldiers are entitled to it for serving their hearts out in our war against idiocy. I agree with this whole heartedly. However, the bill that was passed through congress says that all Soldiers enlisting for at least 3 years and serve it out are entitled to the full GI Bill. So basically, you can enlist for 3 years, sit behind a desk and collect a check while others are serving their 4th and sometimes 5th deployment in the 8 or 9 years they were in, and you both get this GI Bill that is being compared to the one given to World War II vets. Fuck that. I've been in for almost 9 years now and am going on my first deployment. Do I feel I deserve this, hell no. I'd almost be ashamed to take it. Almost....lol. John McCain proposed a similar bill that highlights the amount of deployed time as the key in the generosity of the benefit. Wow, what a fair way to do it. Are the Democrats even considering this, no. They have the amount of votes already to overturn a presidential veto, so they could care less. They are doing the popular thing which they say will increase recruitment, but what they don't realize is that it's going to kill retention. People all across the army are going to get out if they can get their college completely paid for. Ohh, did I mention they're even going to give a housing stipend? Yeah....fuckin great. Thank the Democrats when we're all speaking a different language in 10 years cause we didn't have a big enough army to withstand the attack from DirkaDirkastan  |

Good point of view but that's like acting the Middle east can overpower the U.S. and their allies. /As If and I wonder why some POW's from the Vietnam war hate Mccain. They musn't have a reason, correct? Just pure ol' hatred from a hater. Mccain has proven he can't even pronounce the leader of Iran's name correctly. That's all fine and dandy, we all make mistakes, but he also admitted he knows nothing about the economy and only about foreign affairs so he must be educated. Mccain, a man of cold hard steel and balls (Except he has a flabby face) wants to keep the troops in Iraq for a hundred years. Yeah, that's not a false quote, so it's unsurprising that he wants to pay troops for an amount of years they served. What'll it be, Cain? 20? Dude's just lucky to have advisers near-by when he's not reading off of a teleprompter, so they can correct him when he fucks up information out loud. |
its like voting between a turd sandwitch and a giant douche..
and obama is muslim that recently started going to a christian chruch.. you gotta love that right 2v |
Enygma, a "man's man"????? seriously????????????
the Bush-McCain '08 campaign is pushing to continue the exact same shit in nearly every aspect that we have now... how in the hell is another "good old patriotic boy" what we need??????? |
Alright, I completely disagree with McCain's view on the war, but that's the only aspect of his campaign (at least from what I've seen) that I disagree with. What I think we need is a "no bullshit" type of person in the White House. If Obama would just step up and be a man about things, I'd vote for him cause the second biggest issue I have, being a Soldier, is the war.
And stop with the Bush-McCain '08 shit cause they have completely different views on things. And on a totally different note, John Stewart said it best when he said "if the war never happened, would we love George Bush?" He got elected cause he was the most likable guy at the time.....guess who that is right now? Obama. And to 2V, you say that McCain can't pronounce the leader of Iran's name right. I say so what? You say he doesn't know much about the economy. I say he's got a good grasp on it by saying he's going to eliminate Pork Barrel spending and won't even look at any bills with earmarks. I'm actually looking for reasons to vote for someone else cause I really don't want to be in the middle east for the rest of my military career, but you guys keep reminding me of why I want to vote for McCain. Please give me some good reasons to change my mind.....seriously  |
^^^doint vote cuz hes republican, nuff said..
|
you said you dont want to spend the rest of your milatary career in iraq...the democrats want to pull out of iraq mcain wants to stay in iraq 4 more years..
theres a good reason |
Here's one very good reason for you to not vote for Mccain.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=GEtZlR3zp4c Rofl @: "I'm sorry. The Iranians are training extremists. Not Al-Queda" - John Mccain *dies* |
God I laughed a lot at that video.

McCain = Bush pt. 2

isnt obama half white?
sort of like meeting half way.. i guess its the first american president that has african blood and a slightly darker skin pigment... i wanna be alive for the first mexican american president... or the first asian american president... now that shit would be something to see.. |

Yeah, I saw this last night when it was in your sig. Its just a bunch of random clips put together to make someone look bad in my opinion. Those "better off" clips at the end I specifically know that in the first clip he was talking about we're better off as a country for going into Iraq. The second was saying that our economy is not better than it was 8 years ago. I remember watching that first part.....lol. This just shows how they're trying so hard to make this guy a flip flop. Even at the end with all the tax cut shit.....there's all kinds of different tax cuts. Show the rest of the clips to see if he was talking about tax cuts for corperations, individuals, wealthy, middle class.......this isn't really showing me much. |
how is Obama not a owning up to his mistakes??? N how is he avoiding them??
Dude was asked out smokin pot, he admits that every kid usally tries pot a view times regardless of their up bringing, including himself. What makes Obama better than Mccain is that he isn't trying to be amazing, he's just trying to be average. He's fighting for the views of the every day American. |
That was probably the only thing that he owned up to, but in all fairness, Bill Clinton's approval rating and likability went up after people found out he smoked weed.....lol.
But honestly, since you brought up Obama, what exactly does he plan to change? I tried making a thread about this and all I got was "go look it up yourself if you're that interested." I actually tried looking it up, even on his website, and got a bunch of general things he wants to change, but no plans. He wants to change things so the economy gets better......how? He wants to get the troops out of Iraq......how? Seriously, I'm at a total loss here :( |
First i wanna address Q...
YOU DOUBTED OBAMA FROM THE GATE..... HATED ON HIM.... AND NOW LOOK AT YA GOOFY ASS!!! hahaa Secondly....... Regarding OBAMA and his message of change..... Nobody can outline a plan for and give you everything there going to do in order to make things better one way or the other goin in... What he is giving us though is a general idea of what he wants to do... the execution of all that will come in time.... I trust him to deliver us our freedom and lift us out of this economic situation... take us in the direction of cleaner fuels and independent energy.... LOWER FUEL COST... more jobs... and more money in MY POCKET :) MCAIN = MORE OF THE SAME.... John boy is good for the army but not the American people at large.... just my lil 2 cents |
Your two cents is flawed. Then again, if this was about who presented healthier plans, both Obama and Mccain would fail miserably.
Why? Mccain doesn't make his plans. He knows nothing about our economics and he hired someone to take care of that for him. That same person actually controls mortgage loans on houses and is fucking our economy over. Way to go Mccain. obama just doesn't prevent plans. He says what he wants to do and that's it. Which is better? Obama. You don't need to be a creator of good plans to be able to see a good one. All obama needs are healthy advisers. But unlike my candidates of choice, these two common candidates are pretty low in the scheme of ideas to save our country. Y'all should of actually checked out Mike Gravel. Brilliant man of our country. Edit: spelling error. My apologies. |
I thought you were a Ron Paul fan 2V? Anyway, I actually did a little, and I do mean little, research on Mr Paul. He's got so many good ideas, but his problem is that he takes them way too far. His economic plan would be a good example. He wants to go back to the gold standard and eliminate the Federal Reserve. He argues that the federal reserve is the reason our dollar is doing so bad and going back to the gold standard would solve our economic mess. What he fails to realize is that with no federal reserve to give people some relief from time to time, the majority of America would be in poverty. He does help raise eyebrows at the federal reserve though, which is in need of a fine tuning. He does seem like a brilliant man, but he seems a little too far out in left field some times and if he would get his way, I can see him really ruining the country. I'm definitely not saying he's a complete waste, cause he raised a whole hell of a lot of good points, but I think his going overboard on some issues is what cost him the republican nomination.......that and the fact that we got 8 years to learn about and see John McCain.
Obama, on the other hand, I really hope has some good plans somewhere. You can talk a big game all day long, but at the end of the day, if you have no results, you're a failure. I really hope this isn't the type of man he is, cause from the looks of it, he has a really good chance of becoming our next President. Shout out to all of you guys for sticking to your guns and making this a nice debate instead of turning into a name calling fiasco. I've actually grown some more respect for all of you  |
"He argues that the federal reserve is the reason our dollar is doing so bad and going back to the gold standard would solve our economic mess."
Well, the price of a barrel of oil would be roughly $3.50 if we were still going by the gold standard. Economic solve? Call it a perma fix. Of course, our money would be limited in the world, we would still have a less amount of paper representing our treasury, meaning more value to the little pieces of paper we have. "What he fails to realize is that with no federal reserve to give people some relief from time to time, the majority of America would be in poverty." Money can be loaned whether or not it is represented by actual gold versus representation of itself. "He does help raise eyebrows at the federal reserve though, which is in need of a fine tuning. He does seem like a brilliant man, but he seems a little too far out in left field some times and if he would get his way, I can see him really ruining the country." Easy to imagine, the man is an idealist, but try to think of, How? I can see ways every other candidate could, but I can't even guess one with Ron Paul. I've been told that because he wants to throw out some of the systems of money we have, retards would be roaming the streets homeless at night, but some 20 year old asshole said that on youtube. So meh "Obama, on the other hand, I really hope has some good plans somewhere. You can talk a big game all day long, but at the end of the day, if you have no results, you're a failure. I really hope this isn't the type of man he is, cause from the looks of it, he has a really good chance of becoming our next President." I don't care about either candidate. I've said that. <-This was my two cents. Sorry but I had to let it out for the last time. One more thing, fuck Bob Barr. |

^^ dont change the subject bitch, and man the fuck up. You are, and always are wrong.
@ E, its not that the best presidents have to have a amazing plan before office. Look at FDR. Great ideas usally come from the people themselfs asking for them. Obama's main focus is getting elected. Than he'll allow the people themselfs to change. He preaches that people need to change the country, that he can't do it for people. He can get the ball rollin, sorta speak, but he can't do it alone. He preaches for changes by the masses, not by the miniorities. Basically he's trying to make the country less depended, becuase alot of Americans are such pussy's now a days |
So he'd be making them less depended? What?
I want to kick you in the face |
^^^ says the guy with a pony tail
|
all i was stating was the Obama is tryin to make Americans LESS depend on other people. Back in the 50's America was hard working, less talk, and no bullshit. Now all we are is a bunch of fucking cry baby pussy who want other people to always fix our problems

you seen pirates of the carribean? thats basically my family history... i wouldnt be all that doubtful that there is some darker skin pigments in my history... my dad is dark as fuck like not just sun tan brown... but my mothers side is rooted in arian germany brother... i sort of take after her side a little more looks wise and his side a little more personality wise... i guess.. notice how i ignored your sexual inuendo... lets just leave it at that pal. |
Ok....I think I get his approach now. Tell me if I got it.....
Obama: - wants to get the ball rolling on fixing our economy however it can be fixed - wants to help solve the health care crisis by any means - wants to help end the war in Iraq as soon as possible - wants to give more power back to the people All those seem like really good things, but its not really separating him from anyone else besides that last comment. And when people have more power, they also bear more responsibility. What people really want is power with no responsibility......lol. Anyway, I can see why he is liked and why people are going to vote for him, I now just don't see how he's any different than the other candidates. The only main difference between him and McCain is on the war in Iraq and that McCain actually has a couple of plans laid out. Hmmmmm.......those two differences almost cancel each other out in my mind....lol. I really want to see a debate between McCain and Obama that isn't like the last Democratic debate where they ask retarded ass questions, like "Obama, why don't you wear a flag pin?" |
Quote:
innuendo huh? wut? neway...yea...I hear you...just that, in America, everyone is a mixture of white and black because of slavery...well, a LARGE % of the population... Also...I have challenge for all the so-called Obama supporters on this site... And, for the record, I support DEMOCRATS, hence, my support for Obama. My challenge is this: PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS. Obama wants to make history by not only being the nation's 1st BLACK president, but by refusing to accept donations from special interest groups during the election. This means his campaign, and the DNP, will need $$$$$$. You can go to his web site and donate money to help get him elected. http://my.barackobama.com/page/cont...search-national I plan to do so. In fact, I've already contributed and will do so again in the near future. Now, how about all you Obama "supporters"? Money Talks Baby. NUFF SAID 1 |
Obama does take money from special interest groups. He has the majority of his donations coming in increments of $100 or less, but that doesn't add up to the amount of money he's spending.
lol @ people really thinking he doesn't take any money from special interest groups  |
Quote:
As a non-American, I would vote Obama for the exact reason. He isn't making himself out to be greater than everybody...but he is a person like everybody else. Anyway, not getting involved. |
Quote:
What? You think Mccain gives a fuck about the people? Yeah fuckin' right dude, and of course Obama takes money from special interest groups. He gets a majority of his cash from Wall Street. The same people that benefit immensely from the war are supporting all mainstream candidates. The best I've heard in this argument is "He donates that money to charities though and doesn't spend it on his campaign!!!!!" Prove it. But lol @ You saying he wants to end the Iraq war as soon as possible and comparing that to Mccain. Mccain wants the Iraq war to go on as long as possible as long as -he- believes it is protecting us. He's a Bush-man, man. |
Quote:
I must have been misunderstood or have misspoken. I know McCain isn't planning on ending the war like the other candidates. He plans to let the shit play out just like Bush is doing, thus getting dubbed with all those "he's just like Bush" comments. I'm pretty sure that Obama plans to end the war pretty much as soon as he gets in office. If he doesn't, there's no chance in hell of him getting reelected. Well, in all fairness, I thought the same about Bush :( And what's up with Bob Barr? I just heard about him like 2 days ago. What's he all about? |
Barrack Obama has said "There is nothing off the table with respects to Iran." That includes military attacks, bombs, and even Nuclear exchange. Which takes away his credibility as a Muslim. Muslims hate non-muslims and that's the way their Religion tells them to be. That's a damned good reason for me to believe and trust in the country to Barrack Obama, rather than Mccain. Why? There is too much evidence against Mccain as a human being than there is petty excuses against Barrack Obama. Bob Barr isn't someone I looked too much into, but I know he's from Georgia and he spent some time on some committee, and he didn't show interest in the election until 2008 (because OTHER people wanted him to run) so it baffles me that Mike Gravel, trying to be our nation's president since 2005 and campaigning since early 2006, lost to a random fuck-wad named Bob Barr. If you want me to go look into his ideals I would, but, blah ... Fuck Bob Barr. Saying that just feels too good.
so does "Go away, Mccain!". and "Obama" is just sucky to say in general. My opinions, :/ Edit: Bob Barr is a strong advocate of the War On Drugs. He just went into negativity in my eyes. You gotta be a real fucking fool to think the War On Drugs is a good thing. ROFLMFAO..... FUCK.BOB.BARR. Alright. Fine. This peaked my interests. Final Edit: He's for guns. He's against abortion and the IRS. He's for medical marijuana but for the war on drugs. Same Sex Marriage: Same-sex marriage Barr took a lead in legislative debate concerning same-sex marriage. He authored and sponsored the Defense of Marriage Act, a law enacted in 1996 which states that only marriages that are between a man and a woman can be federally recognized, and individual states may choose not to recognize a same-sex marriage performed in another state.[39] At the 2008 Libertarian National Convention, he apologized for the part of the Defense of Marriage Act which prevents the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages. However, he opposes the Federal Marriage Amendment, contending it is a violation of states' rights. - He's against one Religion. He says Wicca should be banned in the Military. lol? oh shit, Bob Barr supports the Fair Tax. Muahahahahhha..... That's a point for him. I might actually take back my "Fuck Bob Barr"s. Couldn't help it, my hero lost to this random nigga. Still, Hmm... His ideals are beating Obama and Mccain's. So yeah, uh, I might vote Bob Barr coming election time, no matter how much I doubt he'll win. I guess Ron Paul has about as much of a chance as Bob. |
did he say you blackies?
|
The real question about Bob Barr though, as my final statement of him, is that as soon as he lost to Mccain he decided to go Libertarian . Soon after doing so he changed some of his previous ideals.
This could or might not be a scam but I'd say that changing your ideals after you change your title is a bit two faced and second saying . I'd rate Bob Barr a weak candidate in getting elected, who the fuck far out in the woods is gonna hear about him ? lol Go for Obama. The lesser of the evils wins again. . . Oh, and first hour in office, someone get the dude bodyguards. There ARE hicks out there stupid enough to get pissed about a black president . . Even though hating blacks has become nearly infamous in the states, we still do have a KKK, weak as they are, you know. Fuck white power I'm pale powerrrr.... |
