What kind of cars are RV members driving around? Since I got my 96 Volkswagen Golf I've been hooked on cars. I crashed that one 3 weeks ago and bought a 96 Volkswagen GTi to do an engine swap with. What are ya'll driving and what kind of modifications do you have, engine looks or music?

Shit i know what you mean cars are an expensive comodity. My car cost me $1,200 then another 2Gs in mods and $1,200 plus $800 in insurance and who knows how much i dumped into gas.

Whats gas prices where your at? Sacramento CA has a $4.60 per gallon average but compared to Europe thats still cheap

Yeh I hear that, This car set me back 2G, then 1G on mags, then lowered for a couple hundred, had to replace a few parts on the engine, fuel pump, cam angle sensor, shit like that. So in total it owes me 4 to 4 n a half grand.

I think were at $2.09 per Litre. I think its 4 litres to the gallon, so thats roughly 8 dollers per gallon.

So I guess you could see why i wanna sell it, buy some ore studio gearz and drive something that runs cheap as fuck., untill I can afford to run something dope again, but untill then Ill just cruise on the low, lol

im not really sure to tell you the truth. Cuz i dont have the Turbo...and i've just raced kids on the streets, nothing for money or shit like that. So i've never really timmed myself. I got smoked like a mother fucker by a Cobra Mustang...fucking old man driving it. Thing was like brand new...u could see the whole car stop, rear back..and POOF he was fucking gone. God damn old people.

I never really had an open highway to test with someone. But in a semi crowded highway, you can test you can manuever the best. I'm owned chargers, BMW's, and a mustang. I BE FINDING THOSE HOLES LIKE A RUNNING BACK KIDDDDDD :shoot:

its not about the manuevering with me...cuz all the cars i've raced we've had just straight aways in front of us. But some times we already goin like 30-40mph's...and if i kick it down to second i can get that push, and keep up with most of em. On a dead stop-go that Cobra WHOOPPEEDD my assssssssss

I was on highway where speed limit was 55. So I was in fast lane going 80.

Big fucking truck, like Ford tundra (or whoever makes it. toyota or w/e) comes right up to me tailgating the fuck out oif me. Normally if dude came up behind me nicely without tailgating, I'd be like "Word" and move to slow lane and let him go (Since I ain't trying to get another ticket. Hurts the pride, I know) but this dude pushing it so I was like FUCK YOU SON

went 80, took it down to 75-70 to piss him off. then an opening on middle lane came i knew he'd take it. He tried, But I went up in speed with him so we were doing like 95, then cars were in middle lane so then I put my LEFT blinker on to signal like "GET BEHIND ME NIGGA!! DO IT!!" and he did. and shit kept happening till we got till next highway. I took off onto fast lane and burned dude. he was behind me. But I was stupid moved into way right lane for exit to early so it was like line. He had to go to same exit he went all the way to front and cut in. So he had me there, by 3-4 cars.

then next highway, a more crowded one. I got onto fast lane quick, and he waited too late and was stuck for a good while. And I didn't see him again.

sticks all fucked, and the enigne has NO kick. Fucking V-8's are weak as fuck.

I don't know about the v8s. I got a v6 and it does a quarter mile in 14 or so. But if you're going' like 50 or 60, the acceleration is weak from that point up. It's pretty decent for not being anything special. Ive beat alot of Mustangs, a BMW or two, and a ton of shitty imports. I like it but it has its flaws.

yeah, its acceleration was a bitch. I was like...wtf??? this thing has a bigger engine than my Eclipse does and it still aint pushin SHIT
