Yes, this is the car I drive. Just bought it today. I plan on buying some new rims and getting it painted. I want to keep it because it'll be a classic.

here's some friendly advice

but...instead, i'll give you a tip or 2.

dont paint that piece of shit, dont put rims on it, dont DO anything to it. It will be a waste of money. Drive that car 2 n from work every day and just save save save save, because that car, is garbage. Putting rims on a beater, still makes it a beater.

Just my advice, but drive that car into the ground...than buy an eclipse

I hope you didn't pay more than $2000 for that.

Also, never buy an Eclipse, get a good car.

Why not put anything into the car? I bought it for 300 bucks, only thing it needs is a Mass Air Flow Sensor which is like, 60-70 bucks if I order it offline. So chances are I'll problay end up doing that. I plan on really putting work into this car. You can laugh all you want, but I enjoy older cars, and this car has potential. It has a unique color, it has plenty of trunk space for carrying whatever, on top of that all it's pretty reliable so far. Haven't really had any problems, aside from the Mass Air Flow Sensor. I bought some new brake pads and tires for the car yesterday, and I had the fuel filter changed today. I bet you if I put more work into this, next year this car is going to be a classic.

That's what i'm planning on doing. A dude I work with has some 20's he's going to sell me, and then I'm getting a new paint job, and then dvd's in the headrests and then, well a lot of shit. This is going to be the most killer ride.

i totally feel you on the classic thing if you do it right, and you aren't wrong to be excited about it... the only thing i would be concerned with as far as putting money into it is the mileage.

Why? because he doesn't want me to be jumping right into it. He wants me to have sales experience before I hop on to selling cars. He is teaching me while I go. So i'm only learning. He isn't just going to say,"hey sell a car" because he wants me to learn the technique.

I make about 3,000 a month.

150 of it goes to phone bill.
200 goes to gas
1,000 goes to college payments
and then an other 250 goes to credit card payments.

Then the rest is entertainment and what not.

I am just saving up right now. And this was a quick resort, I needed a car within a day and this is what was there.

it has 56,000 miles about. Some old couple had it, and they had it sitting for like 3 years. They drive a new cougar of somesort now.
