Last year 2K8 shitted all over the comp.. but Live has taken multiple steps forward with its gameplay and overall feel of the game this year.

You're lucky you're not an english major. Because with how discussion based English classes are and with everyone having such different opinions on the material you'll prolly end up throwing fists with one of them or wanting to leave the class.

Like you said, opinions are opinions. Everyone has them. Most of them are different from yours. Learn to respect that.

nobody's throwin fists, and actually i am a communications major with mostly discussion courses, but 90% of the professors and students are liberals and agree with me, and the conservative 10% is too scared to open up their mouths and say somethin stupid. and, i'm usually at the top of my classes participation and grade wise, b/c the shit i'm studying now is my passion.

I'd still go with 2k9. I haven't liked Live since 05' when they put in the dunk competition.

yea, my point was you can't deal with a room full of different opinions. So saying 90% of the people have SAME opinion as you and 10% don't speak. Really doesn't prove what I said wrong, does it?

And I'm not talking about communication courses. I'm basically minoring in that. Like you said most people share same concept with that. I mean english classes dealing with literature where you read short stories or poems, (aka subjects where there is almost NO wrong opinion, so almost nobody has the same opinion). I'm talking about those classes. Sometimes shit gets heated because two people don't know it's just a fucking class and they get offended when someone says they disagree with them.

i feel you... but i'm getting a BA in Communication Studies, which is diff than Communications in the sense of the type of courses... i'm not saying we're debating how to use a camera correctly lol. for example, i'm in an African-American Rhetoric class that is in the COMM department, i'm in a Cultural Diversity class, which is basically Marxism 101 and is in the COMM department... most of my classes are like that in dealing with social issues revolving around the way in which we communicate. my masters degree will be more focused on career-based training. and, i'm also an African-American Studies minor, so yeah, most of my classes are VERY opinionated and discussion-based.
