So whats up with your lives now bros. I started on here when I was a senior in High School and I'm class of 05'. What has changed with your lives since you started?

I'm curious because my life has changed completely. Before my family was taking care of me and now I'm taking care of them. Got new gf, talking to another chick, just purchased a nice used lexus. Though I'm not doing anything with music as I wish I had 4 years ago, life is doing pretty good despite the economy right now. What bout you guys?

Yeah I came on here back in 04. Too much shit has gone on in the past 5 years. It's nuts.

I came to this site shortly after I turned 18 and I'll be 23 in six days.

During that period of time I've gone from being a lazy waste of space who sponges off of everyone around him to managing my own sales team, got an office and everything. making a nice amount of money. fuck a car because I'm still banned from driving for another 2 years. woohoo. living in a swanky house. probably gonna have my girlfriend move in with me soon coz she pretty much stays here all the time anyway. life is pretty good right now. still pursuing a career in writing, but i mean now I am motivated whereas before I just spoke about it.. but never really worked towards it. i'm pretty much the complete opposite of the guy I was when I first joined this site.

i can say whats going on now... i got 3 girlfriends who know its an open relationship, they cook me food and shit when their around and their all hot and slutty.. i got a shit job, nice car, i make money in a lot of different ways so while everyones going to shit i sit back in my appartment and laugh at the stupid fucks around me..

basically how i live is that i get gigs on the regular for hip hop, have huge nights out all week, punish the fuck out of my liver and have about 5 or 6 houses i can go to hang out at at all times where i get smashed out of my mind on different drugs and alcahol, im on xanax cause of my lifestyle, im pretty much undiognosed manic depressant so i like to only ever be around a people or i go insane.. its not unusual for me to stay up for around 4 days straight without stimulant drugs... im a bit of a locally well known person through hip hop predominantly.. every top cat in the scene knows me and shows me respect.. same deal for rap and graffiti...

i love and hate life at the same time and shitloads of aspects of my mind are totally paradoxial even though i am a compleatly logical and stay true to being real.

I joined this site when I was 16 and I'm about to be 21. Holy crap.

graduating high school, moving, new girlfriend, new jobs, no more money, going to the police academy, still making music, and some other stuff. nothing too exciting.

i joined in 04 when i was 15, moved a couple times went thru a couple jobs and gfs. dropped out, got a car and license, im 19 going on 20 now so obviously my body has changed into more of an adult than a kiddy teenager. i matured alot physically and mentally. still working on getting my shit together and even though my life aint as good as i want it to be im happy with who i am as a person now which is most important everything else comes second

Ive signed a contract to play in Finland, though the contract was traded to a German team during this season as I am fulfilling my junior hockey eligibility. I'll be off to germany next season playing professional hockey in the german leagues. Pretty excited.

So you're still not good enough to play in the NHL then.

shit... i started doing shows, selling GW's, and helping my moms pay our bills. haha.
in last 4 years I have been homeless, been arrested, lived in a hotel (by sneaking in), sold drugs, then totally flipped it all around. Now I'm bout to Grad with money in pocket and probably head off to art school on scholarships and ish for Audio Technology Production.

Lol, not yet no, I haven't had the option of playing top level junior hockey or being drafted due to not playing in my draft year because of injury. Its pretty tough for a goalie too. 2 per team vs. 18+ players per team.

Oh well, im pretty happy right now with the contract I got.. it'll pay some bills and then some.

I'm currently staying afloat in the modern economy, which is good enough for me. I work 2 jobs and live with a few very good friends of mine. I recently left some illegit shit behind, which was a huge stress relief. So now I'm able to relax, but at the same time have started focusing on some long-term goals.

As far as music goes, I am currently one of the premier emcees in my area. I do shows as often as every other weekend, with semi-regular appearances on the radio to put new tracks out to the people. Also have friends who work on college radio stations at universities all around the midwest, who I send shit to and they throw it in rotation. Although I am the only one in my crew without an album, I already have a good jumpoff with the shows, radio, and numerous features on other people's albums. So I figure I'll be gravy when I put the album out in late April/early May.

I've also been approached by a few bands, ranging from blues to heavy metal, suggesting some collaborations in the near future. Told them I was interested, but I'd have to see how the next few months play out.

So I guess I've been living pretty nicely. Just putting in work.

I weigh about 180 - 190. I'm 6'3"

A lot of washed up goalies are pretty heavy because theyre too lazy to skate so they play goalie thinking its easier. I lose about 10 pounds a game due to sweat and shit so sometimes its better for a goalie to be a bit on the heavier side. Most of the goalies in the NHL are more built now than back in the day.

Its pretty tough to get heated when they'res only 60 spots in the entire league for a goalie. I picked the worst position but I love it.

do you get into fights on the rink n shit? or is that just a NHL thing?

Im a goalie, I personally have only gotten into 2 fights. We both threw 2 punches then fell.. then the 2nd fight i knew what I was doing so I took it to em pretty good.

Other than that, I'm working on the dream still, I've gotten the contract offers in europe so I'm not too worried about the NHL, that'll be a bonus basically. Money isnt really what I'm looking for, just want to play at the top level and play for a while.

The NHL players dont fight near as much as Junior players. until the new rule was put into place with the juniors killed fighting.

Yeah, so long as you're playing the sport you love.. money don't really matter. I wanted to be a professional football (soccer) player growing up. I played on all my school teams and I was a beast. I got offered a tryout straight out of school for my local team who at the time were playing in the Conference League, Blue Square Premier League I think they in now. AFC Telford, word.

Sadly I didn't get to try out though because about a week before the tryout when me and my friends were having a game I got tackled from the side by this douche, studs up. He tore my knee up and I had to have surgery on it. After that I pretty much didn't bother with physical therapy for so long and stopped playing football altogether for about 3 years. So, if I wanted to get back into it now I'd have to get my fitness level back up and strengthen my knee. It would prolly take me about a year, maybe more. But I have different life goals now.

Yeah man, injuries fuckin suck, I tore my hamstring in half and ive torn my hip flexor and chipped my collar bone prety bad.

Thats all this season lol. Its tough, but you just gotta battle through it.
