2 Month Killer Conditioning Training (For Advanced Lifters)
 
I'm currently doing conditioning training, but will switch over to bodybuilding at the end of August. Here is my current conditioning routine that is kille and you can have great gains from this. However, you will need to take protein supplements because this routine is really designed to grow muscle while reducing body fat % at the same time. People may say this is overtrainning, but I really dont care because I have adequate recovery time:

Chest, Back, Light Neck
Karate Training
Abs, Obleks
Heavy Bag Boxing


Week One Day Two
Legs
Jump Training
More Cardio
30 Minute Treadmill Walk



Week One Day Three
Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
Abs, Obleks
5 - 45 Second Intervals of Speed Bag
5 - 3 Minute Intervals of Heavy Bag


Week One Day Four
Stretch
45 Minute Treadmill
More Cardio



Week One Day Five
Chest, Back, Light Neck
Karate Training
Abs, Obleks
4 Count Jumping Jacks


Week One Day Six
Rest / Stretch


Week One Day Seven
Rest / Stretch






Week Two Day One
Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
30 Minutes Ski Machine
5 - 45 Second Intervals of Speed Bag
5 - 3 Minute Intervals of Heavy Bag

Week Two Day Two
Legs
Jump Training

More Cardio
30 Minute Treadmill Walk




Week Two Day Three
Chest, Back, Light Neck
7 - 3 Minute Intervals of Heavy Bag

constantly add more strain on the training that gets easy- train all arm, leg, an ab muscles.

It's a pretty solid workout. I don't even fuck with weights or shit anymore... I just run in the morning to keep in shape and maintain the athletic build... oh and eat healthy.

For some reason, I always enjoyed weightlifting... But, as long as your in shape its all good.... I'll be switching from this to mainly just weightlifting in September.

Im on this weed and soda diet myself. goin quite well......always throw in a few sleepin pills to completely dehydrate myself an call it a day...thats my workout

just finished day two.. this shit is hard cuz I took in too many carbs today... I was bloated as shit and I cramped up during Jump Training but I still managed to finish this

fuck that sleeping pill shit.... I was given some because I have insomnia, but I never took it because I'm already taking 100% Whey Protein and I dont want my Kidneys and Liver working too hard...

I got this dude I went to school with, lol... he in the gym all the fucking time and he has waaaayyyy overdone it with the steroids and other shit.. dumb motherfucker. His upper body is FUCKING HUGE, but he got pretty scrawny legs and his head looks too small for his body now.. LMFAO!! I call him Quasimodo now.

there is a limit on how big I want to look though. I dont want to get any bigger than Triple H or Bobby Lasley is.

Scott Steiner's physique is too big... I dont want to have to go out and get custom clothes... Plus, if I stop lifting at that size I'll have loose skin like Fat Bastard...

push ups, pull ups, dips and running... that's all you need to get ripped. I personally like weight lifting though, but that's because i'm trying to bulk up. once i get to a weight i like, i'm guna start doing pushups pullups and dips as my daily work out to give me some cuts

wordage. i'd prolly go lashley build coz he looks mean as fuck and its all in proportion to his body. triple h just has a fucking huge upper body and it forces him to gorilla swagger about the place.. i'd hate that.
