You know like when you start a new battle it says "how many days before the poll closes"...Could a specifiy any amount of time we want or should we just leave it at 0?

You leave it at 0. The polls will close once someone recieves 5 votes.

was your explaination more than 100 characters? after you post it vote on the polls...you should be fine.

That's really weird...I'm not sure what's up dude. If another person gets that error I will notify by programmer. But until then there's nothing I can do. Sorry.

Ok..What if a person no shows...does the person that already posted his verse win?

Good question...never thought of that. Since the poll doens't expire if a person no shows you can get people to vote on it in order for you to gain the win (only if you post a verse)

nice idea with the poll votes and shit... where you have to post atleast 100 characters... good shit... but where are all the battles going..? There are a few I've done as well I've seen and had 1 vote... at most... no explanation... and the thread is no where to be found naw mean..? What's goin on with that..?


and why only 5 votes to win..? Some people like to win by 2... if a battle is 4-4 and someone votes... who knows if another person was postin at the same time... and... just didn't get there in time... or they had a detailed explanation... than they have a loss... because shit got closed... You might want to let the thread starter pick the amount of votes needed to win...

I don't really understand your first question. When the polls close the battles close. Hopefully this new system will shorten the time battles take to end after verses are in. And currently there's no way for me to let users change the amount of votes needed to win.

probem here, i knocked out frozen flamez 3-0 just before you introduced this new system, now the polls closed, ive nowhere to post and notify you of my victory. so what do i do now? is this win gonna b added to my record or not??
another thing, you know the way you have to post poll when you vote, if somebody doesnt is it just their vote which doesnt count r everyones??

Sorry I can't update records anymore. The new system does it automatically. There's nothing I can do for battles that were posted before the new battle system..

Ok well here's my main question.. why are all the battles being closed before they are finished?

give me an example....i don't see that anywhere

in front lines... methane vs someone I forgot.. it was closed at 2-2 and feminem vs so and so it was closed at 4-3 and there was alot of them... and on crew battles do these same rules apply? because if so somone with only 4 post voted on my battle and said his reason for votting for hte other guy was his style lol...

I closed those as they no longer can count. I talked to methane and he is reposting his battle. The other ones I will open back up as we decided to just leave a message stating they will not count towards their records and then let them vote for fun if they wish.

8. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WINS FOR NO SHOWS. If your opponent doesn't post a verse and you do post a verse you will be allowed to save your verse or parts of your verse for another battle.
