A Woman
 

I was thinking one day and Then I wrote this. This is for every woman out there. I would appreciate it if i got some more feed back on this. It means a lot to me. Thanks all and enjoy.




A woman is a person to marvel at,

Such beauty, inside and out,

More precious than any stone,

Worth more than anything in this world,

Simply put…………..Priceless……..

And to be with a woman is a great privilege,

That I take, with the utmost respect and passion,

When I say she is mine, I correct myself,

She isn’t mine, a woman is not property,

She has a life, a soul, and a heart,

She has a personality and emotions,

She can never be owned or controlled,

Her life is her own freewill,

She makes her decisions and sets her own course,

Sails in a new direction when her feelings change,

She is her own boss, her means of succeeding in life,

I cherish her with all my heart and soul,

She is a woman, and underneath much much more………..

I speak this true to every girl who’s been hurt,

When times get tough I ask to see one thing,

For you to keep your head high and walk proud,

This valley may be deep but you are strong,

You are a woman and I see what you have to offer,

I see your true qualities and not just your body,

Your eyes glistening and your smile bright,

You are a woman and a princess to me..

hey this seems to have some what the same message hidden in it as my newest one that i posted.

the simple message that women arent just about beauty that some have, they are alot more, they have beautiful ppl inside too.

this was written simple and to the point, its nice to see this from another sexs view, which is about the same as mine, but i am female so i know that we are real ppl too.

Yeah that was a really touching peice, its good to know that all men aren't bastards, thanks JT for being one of the nice ones. The poem itself had a lot of meaning, i liked the 'women aren't possesions' bit, that was real nicely put.

Through all my personal experiences I have found this out for myself. Every lady who has ever been hurt deserves a man that will respect them and like them for there personality. Unfortunatly this world is still focused on physical beauty. I am myself and i'll never change to make a girl like me. If i'm not good enough 4 them so let it be, at times its great to be free. i feel you on the topic and a way to get in good with the ladies!!!........i like your style and respect your work because i know for a fact free word is not an easy task.........this is a wonderful drop because the content is there......while your reading your eyes don't really SEE the words so much as FEEL the meaning.....great drop.....but really you could have just waited until your post got pushed down to the next page....just a thought......great poem though......

I have a lot of respect for any man who can look at a woman as a strong individual, some one who can and some times will be alone and doesn't need a man to belong to... I think the ownership line got me the most, or the way you said that women are capable of sailing our own corse, it reminded me of a beautiful ship sailing away from all the other ones, being it's self. I dunno I guess I kinda imagined the crew's people as being her emotions, maybe I read too much into a line that didn't seem to have that much significance in the poem as far as being elaborated on, but it was what I took away from a wonderfully written and classy peice. A while back Synikill wrote a peice, "The soul of a black woman" That peice was like this, but it was a recipe more or less. Kinda reminded me of this peice. There is nothing more attractive and sensual than a man that knows a woman is her own person and can respect that. Well written, much respect. Peace

I agree with you 120% and you are right they are not a property they are there own person. They are the most percious thing in the world and dont every let anyone tell you different.
