Grand Champ must be the best album of the year so far........what you all think??

its a good album.....brings him back when he's retiring though, pretty good album, compared to most mainstream that came out, it most likely is one of the best. The beats are crazy in it too, but I don't think it will be the best, Jay-Z's Black Album is comin out soon(November 25 or 27) so I really can't wait for that.

Yeah his album was good, i liked it, most of his songs were great on the album, the beats were pretty good too, it will probably be one of the best albums this year.

X is ill...haven't copped the album, but i'll peep..too bad he's reitiring..

I'll bootlegg it, and probably buy it to support him.

Yeah, Grand Champ is nice.. dunno about Album of the Year though. Joe Budden and Gangstarr had better albums.

I'm sure Jay's Black Album will be better than Grand Champ, also. .

this is what i hate in rap music. a lot of rappers retire after like 5 years. x shouldnt retire, i say only retire if you become wack. thats only if youve been in a long time. if your wack in the beginning work at it. if your good then become wack you should retire. x and even jay z shouldnt retire.

im still contriversial about buyin the album but it seems to b gettin positive reviews.......cause his last album flopped......so hey u neva kno i mite cop it tho...1

aint bought the shit yet, but i heard a majority of the album, it's sounds hot, but i dont know about album of the year so far, gang starr was pretty hot, and you know jay-z is gonna drop hot shit, so overall, grand champ is hot, but not the album of the year

Yhea I seen on a interview on BET the other day..And they asked him why was he retiring...and he was like "Cuz I can't do this no more......the industry"...on some I'm gettin to old for this shit and it's not fun no more type vibe...

dmx has been one of my favorite rappers he is different than others the only rapper to have two platinum albums in one year damn thas tight anyway no one can touch his street cred he is hard and he is real thats wat is tight plus homie has a mad throat disorder makin him sound like a fukin deamon

Only a few Noteworthy though-Patti LaBelle, Jadakiss, and Monica.
3 out of the 400 million on the album. Too Clogged up. But the Beats are Excellent.

I think DMX is fuckin ill, ive always felt his shit, this album was pretty good, the beats was off the hook, hes had better albums, but hell be one of the nominees for album of the year, no doubt.

I just copped this album not to long ago.. it comes wit a Dvd (the dogs out) I have a playa but I got so much shit hooked up to my TV and havent had enough time to d/c it and r/c it been out to the fuckin spot lately alot even tho the place is gettin raided (so i hear from a dirty cop who strangely enuf is my best friend lol) Anyways Shitz dope these are my fav tracks:
-Shot Down [ft. 50 cent, and Styles P] (how can u go wrong wit three cats like this on a song (dmx, 50, and Styles own it up) I like the fact that Ruff Ryders team up with G-Unit
-A 'Yo Kato (some deep shit, i have had alot of friends die so i felt this song much)
-Rob All Night (If im gonna rob im gonna rob all night, If im lookin for somethin its probably a fight, if im gonna fuck bitchs they betta be tight) hot shit
-Get it on the Floor (some parts it falls off but its nice)
-Don't Gotta go Home (I know how that shit goes dawg)
and alot of average songs and some fillers but its all good
