In Canada they have a new test for gr 10 students(which i took 2 years ago)......its Called The Literacy Test....and its based on your reading and writing ability....its probably the most stupid test.....and it costs the Ontario(Toronto) government Millions of dollars to produce it for the entire province.

Academic Preformance tests are a waste of money for the US governement on Canadian governemnt....if you can pass high school....then why take a test?
