Got a question..i dont know whats it like in ur country / place..we are in a faze people are strugglin about were u can smoke and were not, ..they want to forbid, u smokin at concerts. and shit, ..whats the situation ..over there, were u at?..and what are ur feelings on this?..i think they shud allow smokin people , ..in ..those places like concerts, restaurants and shit..

Smoking can cause cancer , lung disease , and brain damage......Smoking could kill you.....SO I THINK THEY SHOULD BAN SMOKING PERIOD!!!!!!!!

NJ it is allowed damn near everywhere. Since I don't smoke, I say they can make the 'no smoking in public places' law global.

Cars release pollution that is immediately diffused into the air...
MAking it far less of a health hazard than second-hand smoke...
As the second hand smoke does not diffuse nearly as quickly and can build up in confined areas.

Nope. Seeing as cars are outside, you are less likely to get affected by them. Now if everyone was driving indoors, that would be a different story.

Smoking is bad. Secondhand smoke is worst. When people smoke in public places, they are forcing nonsmokers to breathe in everything. If people smoke outdoors, nonsmokers can go somewhere else. But which nonsmoker will want their meal ruined because the guy a couple tables down feels the need to light up after a dinner.

1) you dont get to smoke (btw, joints contain tabacco you idiots. saying you're a non-smoker except for joints is like saying you're a vegetarian except for bacon).

2) they whine about people smoking, you dont wanna smell smoke then go to the non-smoking section of whereever it is, quit bitching about people who like to enjoy a ciggarette!

if they banned smoking, people would smoke anyway. probably with illegal imports that cost half the price.

I don't smoke cigarretes at all, they aren't as nasty as I once thought. Once in a while just for the hell of it I'll smoke one. But I'd never get addicted to them. Usually I'll just buy a Black N Mild, they are dope..! When I smoke weed (which isn't much) I'll light a ciggy and it helps fuck you up. Other than that I'm not much of a smoker.

I'm a Jersey Boy (I have something in common with The End ;) ) and smoking is strictly prohibited in any restaurant or public building. I'm glad its that way, I really don't care for second hand smoke, I don't have a problem if you smoke outside. . . but inside a building or house is nasty.. period.

Smoking in public is banned in Cali, for the most part. Certain bars still allow peeps to light up, it's like a $200 fine, and there are only two inspecters for the entire Los Angeles County. Smoking ban never gets me down, cuz I don't smoke Cigs.
Weed on the other hand is complelty ingestable, so before big concerts I make sure to bake a dozen or so magic cookies. Who needs to smoke, I find ways around all the rulez.... Eat a few right before going in and by the time the music is pumping your baked!
