i dont believe, but i'd like to know why you do, maybe it would help me understand things more

u obviously havent paid much attention to the scientific answers for all that stuff... everything that u listed as "proof of god" has a scientific answer accepted by both theists and atheists

Ive been raised in a christian home.

I went to a christian school for a while, early in High School. Im not religious but I have faith that God is real... I know my Bible quite well and feel that its real. I cant imagine a world that has nothin after death, the world would be a lot more chaotic if everyone knew that nothin happens after you die.

I feel God is lookin out for me, I aint a strict follower but I concider him my father, an I dont like to dissapoint my Dad, so it applies to God as well. I dont even know if I deserve to go to Heaven when I die.

But I have faith there is a God.

I dont have the knowledge to intellectually debate my beliefs against anything other people believe, I just find comfort in knowing that someone loves me no matter what I do, I can always recieve forgiveness an have someone lookin out for me, there to listen whenever I need someone to talk to. When all earthly things have abandoned me.

I'm not a really "religious" person, but I don't really think something had to necessarily happen for somebody to believe in something greater then themselves.

And nothing that i can think of could really do that....

the question is mainly directed to people like titobronsky or denied truth who have devoted their life to god and/or think everyone else should

The God I believe in sits in the middle of the earth, has a whole lot of arms and pulls levers to control everything.

Well not really, but that makes just about as much sense as what people are saying.

It seems like a big fairy tale to me. And before you say what I said was bullshit, that lever-pulling dude is a hindu God... and the vidas (hindu "bible") is older than the bible.

You kids really should think about things... Dont just be christian and believe because you were raised that way.
