Better Quality on pics, bg's, n even text

First take the picture, bg, or text and duplicate the layer>>then with the copy put it on overlay>> then with the original layer (not the copy) go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur>>then put the strength to your liking... advice:dont put it too high tho |
This helped out alot. Check the Ludacris sig when you get a chance, i used this n it helped out alot. Props for this lol.

Ya, one tip I will tell you all, if the color is too dark (there is pure black or close to), then go to Image > Adjustements > Brightness/Contrast and lower the contrast to -10 to -15. This will make the color come out more, but not too dark, that or dodge it first.
