That might not be a person from Kenora but that's what it looks like on every street.

lol everytime i get off the change all i hear is

"spare some change for the homeless..."

its like an obstacle course lol...and now infront of the church they posted signs ""NO SLEEPING" HAHAHAH its terrible...
