I've made a few sigs but since I dont have hella fonts I go to

They have hella font you can preview them by typing in whatever you want then just copy paste and get rid off the yellow background it works for me thought i'd pass it along

This would go in Graphical Talk for future reference.

Also, dafont.com is probably the best.
