Converting Audio Files

How do I convert .wav files to an Mp3 file without using a CD burner I Can't download anything to this computer since it's an XP and I'm not the adminstrator, I can only log in as a guest.

itunes. uhh...that other mp3player for winblows. just look for any program that'll convert audio files.

if you can't download anything, you're assed out.
