Honestly, it all depends on a person's style. If you like an abstract view, then probably Me or distilled are the best. For rapper sigs, the list goes on and on. Every person is the best in something.

Overall, I say Ltizzle, Scruff, Hoodz, Truth, blay used to be, Daubs with animation, and there are a few people coming up. IE lyricalflowz.
