She looks and notices people who wouldn't do the same
People who find something else, People with no shame
She walks the street, family beside her, she's in the front
Recognition only talking to the others, making it so blunt
She just stares, wanting whatever her brother recieved
Her soul in need, wanting eyes of people ever so Direly
But she can't recieve information into relative thoughts
Her Mind painting pictures she hoped her eyes caught
She knows nobody's looking, but she still wants to see
The colors of vast control, looking for pictures to recieve
She stands, cane in hand, for the people to try to find
That though they think she can only see darkness
She knows what she sees, perhaps the people are blind

He journeys his everyday adventure outside of his door
Wearing something outrageous, from his set of clothes
Maybe something thats noticeable, the colors on brink
Or maybe the threads in his clothes, that no longer link
He only calls for things, That he recieves so negatively
Attention he doesn't get, that he calls for so desperately
He thinks he's the life of every single thing thats happening
His clothes, his attitude, for your eyes that he's grasping
Maybe its the fact, That his father was never really there
That he abuses what he gets, And always overpays his fare
But you see, He can't see what the other townsfolk can see
Is that a disgraced person...
Who wants the people to see what he wants them to see

What brings these two together, is that they both realize
They are wanting eyes, one to see, and one to see eyes
One wants to know what her world is like,curious to explore
And one wants the eyes to see, until from his antics are sore
One needs them to see, what colors seem to fit her world
Though she needs to realize, she's perfect, perfect as can be
She doesn't need the attention, just realization that she needs
While he needs to know, that he craves too much for himself
people are telling themselves, this boy is way too full of Himself
He has the eyes of attention, Just not the one he wants
He needs the eyes of other, Because He broke the ones he got
