Hmm, off the bat it reminds me a lot of that Jay track, Encore.
But not a bad beat at all.
Not really my type, but at least it doesnt sound like everything else.

Your drums however do sound a little generic, I'd suggest tweaking them a bit more, adding more bass even.
Try and make all your instruments sound as original as you can, that will really set you apart from the rest.

This beat is pretty tough man, I like the use of the sample that you got here. Pretty chill sounding even though, like Ltizzle said, the drums are a little run of the mill but still nice anyway.
