we shud get betta ones cus da ones we got suck ass and den you gotta wait so many post to get ya own avartar which makes it even worst jus a suggestion

You no longer need to get a certain number of post to upload your own avatar as far I as know.

i dont mind havin small avatars but we should hav much more coz theres so many people joinin this site as long as we get what we want......

If your avatar is bigger than 120x120, you can use a graphics program and resize it. If you don't have an image program, even MS Paint can do it. Just go to Image > Attributes and change the size and save it.
