Can someone explain to me what this means?

No d/r = No Dick Riding. Means you can't vote for someone jsut because your their friend and shit, you gotta actually vote for the best spit.

Its means dont be biased when you vote, dont vote for your crew, or because you know the person, and dont vote for them just because they voted for you.
