if ya got cool edit pro, go to effects, then delay effects, then echo

i did but it make everything echo and you cant here shit, lots of emcees make lik just ther pauses echo

Use dubs. On the words/bars you would like emphasised, record them over on another track in cool edit. For instance lets say you recorded your vocals alraedy, now make the track below them the track to record on, and just re-record the specific bars or words you would like emphasised.
