Alright, how about we trial this.

Have the battle credits reset every week, therefore, people who dont vote, cant start battles. My only real concearn is that new people to the site might find that annoying or w/e..

But maybe its worth a try to increase the voting on this site.

^maybe we should start doing that, since every1 is lazy enuff
to vote, but i vote at least on 5 battles a week, no lie :)
