To Touch a star(Short poem)
 

There's a star that I could never ever reach
Even though I put myself into overdrive
It seems we will never ever truly meet
It laughs at me when gravity pulls me down
I crash cuz my engines wont flare
On the dark side of the moon with out a sound
I can't breathe, though I feeling light enough
Yet I still keep trying cuz every valued journy is tough
I feel it in my soul and I hope you feel it in your heart
That me and this star is not ment to be apart
Though I see others reach you my heart falters
Though Im still set upon this goal never to alter
Stuck between two wishes when only 1 can be true
To have never set eyes for this star
Or to finally break through
But at the end. The right thing to do is just pray
And hope if it ment to be
That I will see the way.
Not there yet. Journey long and hard
Still one day. I'd love to touch that precious star.
