Venni Vetti Vicci was dope. Rule 3:36 was decent, because this was when he started to go pop. Pain is Love was garbage. Then 50 surfaced in the commercial rap industry and anybody who still liked Ja Rule at that time switched to 50.

So no, Ja Rule has not always been dope. 1 good album out of 6 released is not a good average. Yes, people love 50's nuts, but Ja was trash before 50 even came out commercially.

And "I Cry" was horrible.
