This is basically a copy of Qs other thread about christianity, except it's about my beliefs.

The egg came first. A chicken is just the eggs way of becoming other eggs.

Actually the chicken came first..

Because life was here before any animals evolved an exterior incubation device to produce young...

how'd the egg get there tho wouldnt a chicken had to have created it?

Because chickens and the like evolved from another animal after the ice age.

Who cares? Its a trick question. Chickens didnt just pop out of nowhere, they came to be over many years. The chicken couldnt have come first, and the egg couldnt have come first.

Nostradamus, source for the whole 'no egg inside of primitive chickens' thing?

And by the way, it's either chicken or it's both. The chicken would have to come first for it to lay the [chicken] egg, unless chickens are born with unfertilized eggs already (and were back then). And the first egg would have the second chicken inside of it. Or the first egg would have the first chicken inside of it.

Let's please get over this chicken-egg thing. -_-

the egg came from a primitive animal that was not a chicken
but through thousands of years of evolution and many eggs
the first chicken that we know today came about in history
there for breeding much more chickens till they overpopulated humans
